well - the precedent for guys taking a substantial pay cut when they are offered a substantial raise is pretty thin.

the dude makes about 11M- is he gonna take 5M if hes offered 15? Maybe he doesnt get 15 and only gets 12

i cant imagine any guy who is a top 20-25 free agent getting less than that though, can u?

IS it possible hes back? sure -

is it likely hes back? absolutely not.

@CitySushi and others have already stated why he could very well decide to stay. How about you quit being a fucking moron and drop it?

Why are you throwing out insults?
do you really think if you gave TFL $500 dollars cash he would be betting against the Cavs? cmon now. insults?

questioning a guys analytical ability when he says the Heat will beat the Cavs in the playoffs- when if they faced they would be at best 7-1 dogs? I mean- thats common sense.

i totally understand backing your team- especially without a whole lot on the line- but cmon now.

Kyrie's 4th year - the last year before Bron came when they actually tried to compete by signing Jack and Bynum and trading for Deng- i would have loved to see an 8 seed Cavs vs. a 1 seed Heat- and owuld have loved to back the Cavs- but im not delusional saying they wouldve won.

Yes, questioning someone's analytical ability in the way you did it is an insult and what you always turn to when someone disagrees with you.

im loving the Celtics playing some mediocre ball too----

Cavs losing 5 of 7 and still 2 games up in the East is not something i expected...Toronto losing again tonight too.

seems like no one has been able to truly take advantage of the Cavs dissaray

if the Nugz hold on thatll be 6 losses in the last 10 for the Celtics.

Watch LeBron James put on a dunking clinic vs. the Pistons

LeBron was just ridiculous dunking against the pistons...the shoulder shrug after the dunk at the 47 second mark of that video is when you know lebron is feeling it---- when he took off i didnt know if he was getting there- im seriously not sure if he did in traffic like that.....but the The King has still got it.

So basically there is no need to watch the Warriors/Spurs tomorrow. Kerr is resting most of his guys.

that is somewhat of a bummer- but at this point in the season even if they were all out there i dont think you would see much of what we might see during a playoff series- neither team is gonna show the other one a whole lot i wouldnt imagine--- probably similar to the Cavs last game against Boston- keep it vanilla, make sure no one gets hurt- and gear up for the real season.

I had a feeling it would happen. GSW is coming off a ridiculous stretch. Went home for one game Wednesday night after a long east coast trip to play Boston. Back on the road tonight to play Minnesota and tmr in San Antonio.

Not a big deal to me. I'll be watching Heat/Raptors and the ACC finals at that time anyway

i just realized that Rob Pelinka was Carlos Boozer's agent when he double crossed/bamboozled a blind man. the late Gordon Gund lol.

Shortly afterward, however, the Jazz stepped in with an offer
worth $27 million more, one the Cavs couldn't afford to match.
Boozer accepted that deal and the debate began: Did Paxson get
bamboozled, and if so, was he at fault for taking the player's
word? Did Boozer act with malice by breaking his promise? And was
there a promise made to begin with?

"There was no commitment, no handshake," Boozer insisted this
week, stating correctly that it would have been illegal under the
collective bargaining agreement. "I'm a man of my word, and the
only commitment I gave was to Utah, and I kept that commitment."

Cleveland fans view that assertion as a lie, another slap in the
face -- and it's a city that knows all about them. Although a little
farfetched, comparisons have been drawn between Boozer and the
city's all-time Benedict Arnold -- Art Modell, who moved the Browns
out of Cleveland.

"It disappoints me the way some people have reacted to the
situation, because I pride myself on my integrity and my honor,"
Boozer said. "I want people to perceive me as a man of my word and
a man of great integrity."

In many circles, it's too late for that.

Among the intriguing pieces of fallout was the decision by SFX,
the company that represents Boozer, to disassociate itself from the
player, a rare move that spoke to the bad public relations it must
have received in the wake of the contract. The agent who worked out
the deal, Rob Pelinka, resigned from the company, as well. Many
believe he was forced out.

"We had to part ways," Boozer said. "There were different
pressures for him, for his side. He had to do what was best for his
career."
