When they are left off the "radar" they play up, I don't know this is a hard team to figure out.....

Well except Grimes wife blasting the front office, teammates, the trainer, beer vendor, that is a solid thing though!

If the OL can protect Tannehill, the offense should hum. Branden Albert healthy and using Tunsil at RG should be good. James at RT is solid, and Pouncey is one of the better OC's in the NFL. The RG spot is a big fat ? right now.

The D has some players, but might be a little shaky as a unit, overall.

One of the more interesting questions in the NFL, for me at least, is how long will Jay Ajayi's knee hold out? I wanted Dallas to draft him. Ajayi dropping to the 6th(?) round was no doubt because of his knee.

I think that question was answered when the Dolphins signed Foster to replace him.....

Kinda what I thought as well. I predict Ajayi is out as soon as this year due to the knee. Supposedly is a bone on bone condition according to some things I have read.

Miami should go after the top RB prospects in next year's draft. I wouldn't mind seeing a Dalvin Cook or someone like that in a Dolphins uniform. That'd be the missing piece to the offense.

If New England cuts Blount, would you sign him?

Probably not they will go RB by committee which will preserve not only Foster but Ajayi. They also have Drake good mix of players back there.

Not a fan of Tannehill. As long as he is there they will struggle IMO.

It seems Miami has had much trouble with HC and QB, which is why they continue create expectatitions then crash. They need some stability over there.

New coach, 45 new players on roster as Dolphins again reboot

The Dolphins have a new coach, a $160 million DonkeyKong Suh that likes to freelance, A Dion Jordan coming back from a year suspension, and a torn-up Achilles on Wake.

Is this the year for the Dolphins?

A yr for what?

Playoffs? imo, no...just too many roster changes to mold a playoff caliber team in one yr. That said, if they stay patient with the HC, and continue to build...they could be a long term force in the DIV.

The Dolphins had bigger issues than Tannehill the past few years. I want to see him with good pass protection, for once.

HC was definitely their downfall of late and hopefully this has been rectified now.

Big Fin is correct HC in combination with a horrible oline hasn't helped Tanny. Not to mention the fact that they never ran the ball. I want to see how he does this year.

I agree I'd be surprised if they progress that quickly. It's possible if everything falls into place but realistically they are a year away. However they won't be an easy out...

DJ was suspended for PED's...I'm hoping that he'll come back as a LB.

I really liked his improvement until last season. He finished last year pretty solid after that slow start. Definitely needs to react quicker. But I am a fan of watching him play.

Pass pro has so much to do with the QB; hitting his spot, getting the ball out on time, movement within the pocket. Tannehill isn't good at any of that.

While Tannehill was not the problem, he certainly was not the solution - last year.
I expect him to be better this year with better handling and better game plans.
If Gase gets 9 wins this year, they should give him a raise......

Yeah, but last season they had ton of pressure up the middle.

Pressure has come from everywhere! Yes some of that could have been avoided with better pocket presence but look at how it affected Brady last year and he's one of the best. Bad olines simply don't help your QB..on that note Wilson has handled it better than Tanny.
