Those trainers make a big difference (on the pocket book too) if you get a good one. Amazing the amount of nutritional/physical info (and conflicting info) out there today vs even 10 years ago.LOL, my DII nephew has a personal trainer. No wonder I didn't make the pros, I didn't have one.Weighing in at 125lbs had nothing to do with it. I wonder if I could have got to 170 with a personal trainer.
