I was under the impression that Detroit was unsure if Fulmer's future was as a starter or as a closer.

Barring injury or a really shitty spring, Norris is in the Tiger rotation. I have seen zero reports or articles suggesting otherwise.

Fulmer also is a starter. He might come out of the pen later in the year like David Price did his rookie year... But his future is clearly as a starter and will most like see a few starts this year for the Tigers.

I would, but they are buried in a folder with all the articles about how the Royals are the favorites to repeat as division champs.
