Do any of you remember when there was only four bowl games. Rose Cotton Orange and Sugar were the big ones and then came the Liberty and Gator bowls. Not sure about the order they came but Then came Sun and Citrus. Just for fun, help me with some more and the order in which they came if possible. Just something to do.

Remember them well. All on regular tv channels. Didn't have cable back then.

What bothers me even more than the rule itself, and I grant ya it's pretty absurd, is the lack of the replay official seeing what the rest of us saw and not overturning the ruling on the field. To me, it completely defeats the replaying system.

Baylor had 646 yds rushing against UNC. Jefferson had 299 of the 646. He also had 1002 yds for the yr. Imagine doing all that with no qb,starting rb, starting receiver and right tackle. Not a bad night. Did not punt the entire game.
