Not mad. I'm better than that

I hope you don't take my dislike of Briled and his team personally. They have nothing to do with you. On the other hand, it's pretty hard to ignore the culture he's breeding and encouraging with that team.

Tough losing your starting QB as TCU also did but Baylor lost theirs for the remainder of the season and then to top it off lost their 2nd stringer. College teams seldom can handle losing the starter at that position.

I give NC a chance against Clemson today, and boy-oh-boy would this throw a monkey wrench in the rankings if this were to happen.

Alabama is gonna stomp on the Gators, but it really surprises me how much respect (line is 3.5 to 4) Iowa is getting against Mich St.

With you on the Iowa line too. They did not play Mich, Mich St or Ohio St. Much easier road in the conference. And Florida's offense has completely disappeared the last few weeks. There was some talk that even if Clemson lost that they would still finish in the top 4. Not sure if that would turn out to be true or not.

Florida had a freshman QB, Will Grier who got suspended for a year due to PEDs. Once he went away, so did their offense.

NC did not play a great schedule, and Ohio St sits at #6 right now. So, if Clemson were to lose - not my prediction - then it would come down to a one loss Clemson, or a one loss Buckeye team I guess.

Incredible they have hung this long.

Would not surprise me to see your Bears come all the way back and win this one actually.

The clock will probably decide this one.

Don't think you can expect more from a 4th string/5th string QB than you got today.

But Lordy, what a disappointing way to lose that game.

These two teams play defense. Their offenses don't seem that scary though. I think I will take Bama OU and Clemson vs either of these teams in a 4 team tourney. Iowa hung with MSU though. They did prove that.

I do give Iowa some credit and I kept thinking what a sorry QB State has until I heard them keep talking about his shoulder injury so I had to cut him some slack. Scott is one tough RB in traffic.

He's going to get another season for sure IMO. But I'm not sure beating Baylor was anything close to a win-or-else kind of contest.

Baylor threw for about 60% of what the Horns did and had a RB and a WR doing the throwing. If Charlie wants to hang around for an extended period of time, he's got to get a QB who is truly a QB and not an overgrown WR.

If LSU was dumb enough to really fire Miles UT would have had to throw everything at him. But LSU wasn't dumb enough to do that.

I haven't been impressed with Charlie and the wins vs OU and Baylor, didnt leave me wanting more either. Im betting he gets another year, but it won't be because of my vote.

Read an article a while back and it quoted two unnamed AD's and one HC who said most of us didn't have a real clue what a mess Mack Brown left him with.
