Those guards were posted during Seattle's own practices to make sure nobody else was watching them. They were not watching the Patriots, or seeing them, unless they were there spying.
So what did they find the Patriots doing? Nothing?
Surely that makes them guilty as hell.....

I didn't say they were guilty of spying on the Hawks.

The gist Ive gotten is that the Patriots cheated with Spygate, Goodell covered it up because the NFL is a mafia that is convinced that image is everything and then the Patriots kept winning and everyone else got pissed. Because Goodell covered up, Spygate is defendable even though they gave up their pick and Goodell is just an idiot trying to please people well after the fact

I realize that. By implication, you have shown another case of some entity looking for something the Patriots did or might do, only to find that the Patriots did nothing wrong.
Your intended implication was that other teams don't like the Patriots.
I suggest that other teams satisfy themselves as the Seahawks did......

The NFL is about to launch a full investigation into the culture of rampant cheating within this organization and it'll likely end with the ouster of Robert Kraft.

Whether he faces federal corruption charges is pure speculation and would be irresponsible at this point.

Ya don't say?

Craft losses the team. Boston swaps organizations with Cleveland. Only way there is justice in all of this.

Now you're being gready. Actually no you're not because without Kraft the cheating may stop.

Key points:

■During Spygate investigation, Roger Goodell ordered NFL execs to stomp 8 videotapes to pieces.
■From 2000-07, the Patriots recorded opposing coaches’ signals for at least 40 games.
■During Pats early SB runs, a low-level Patriots employee would sneak into visiting locker rooms and steal play sheets during pregame warm-ups.

From Spygate to Deflategate: Inside what split the NFL and New England Patriots apart
Kraft suspended two low level employees for their involvement in Deflategate. :noidea:

As Dan Wetzel and others have pointed out -- if this happened, it would have been easy to catch the Pats in the act.
You don't get it....the NFL doesn't want to catch them they just want them to stop. It's embarrassing to everyone....but the pats keep pushing this as BB is like a junkie he can't stop.

Matt Chatam was talking about this last night. EVERY team on the road has someone guarding their locker room and playsheets aren't left lying around. The whole notion is absurd.

I ask the same thing as spygate, would you expect to not have to change field signals from week to week? Would you leave unguarded play sheets lying around to even be snitched? Shame on you for either.

Well at least we're talking about the Patriots.....IAATP~

Yes. The Patriots broke the rule by extending that but it's part of the game. Same for guarding the lockeroom and playbooks. Isn't it something like $5,000 for losing your playbook?
