I don't know. I think they struggle on offense a bit this year. I think letting Murray go and not really bringing anyone in will hurt Romo and the passing game. If they can't get some kind of run game going early, teams are going to fill the secondary with players and Romo, Bryant and Witten will have a hard time moving chains. That is my opinion though.

Running game will be fine, so long as Randle stays out of Dillard's and McFadden can get rejuvenated behind the best line he's ever run behind (and stay on the field).

I think the offense will be fine, hoping the D can improve into the top half of the league.

Skip is a notorious Packers hater and probably still to this day claims Tebow is better than Rodgers. Everything he says is clickbait.

As far as the prediction, never up, never in.

I think they have a real shot. Defense has gotten better. Dez should be happy. Romo should be healthy (for a while anyway).

Losing Murray was big but there were no guarantees he'd repeat last year's performance anyway. That is a tough act to follow.

And they proved they can win in Seattle. Had a shot in GB.

We shall see.

It's only fair since it was a bad call (vs. Detroit) that got them into that game in the first place.

Maybe !! point was that was the best team they've had with Romo and the best he has ever played.
Lost their elite running game and you know Romo could warp into the turnover machine at anytime....:D

better tean this year because of the defense, especially after game 4 when they get McLain and Hardy, and hopefully Sean Lee can have an impact.

Can any of them Run the ball for 1845 yards like Murry did ?...The supposed upgrade on D is a + but the measure of the loss of that potent of a running game puts all the pressure back on Romo and the passing game...
That can't be good !! :nono:

I have better feelings this year than last going into the start of the season, but ...

Squid Barfitup is a absolute, quantified ignoramus that hasn't a clue about that which he speaks ...
next he'll be telling us the Stars, Rangers and Mavs will win it all ... sometime between now and the next century ... like ... tomorrow ...

Odds those claiming the O will falter without Murray also discredited Emmitt due to his line.

Get revenge twice at Lambeau? So, he is predicting that Dallas will beat Green Bay during the regular season and therefore get a game and the tiebreaker, yet still have to play at Green Bay in the playoffs and win again?

Well, since I have never met you or spoke to you before, and Emmitt was well before SportsHoopla existed, I would have to assume you are speaking to the general experts in talk radio or TV.

However, I agree with them, and I never discredited Emmitt. He was a tremendous RB, and while he had a great offensive line, he still had to get those yards. I just think this version of the Cowboys with a QB who can be great, but wildly inconsistent, will be in trouble if he has no running game and forced to throw the ball considerably more than he wants into double coverage all day long.

I just think that they didn't address the running game nearly enough after deciding to let Murray go. Not saying that was the wrong decision to let him go, but at least look like you care about the running game. I guess the Boys just better hope that the McFadden that shows up is the one that played for Arkansas because if the Raiders version shows up, he might not make it out of training camp before winding up on the IR.

Its really hards to speculate who is going to do what. Things change quickly for the better or worse. In the NFC its clearly Seattle, Dallas and Green Bay.

IMO, I would put DAL as NFCs #3 team, behind SEA and GB. I don't see DAL winning 2x winning 2x at Lambeau. Once wouldn't surprise me.

Romo in 9 seasons playing has 110 Ints and 64 fumbles in 123 starts, 4210 pass attempts with int % of 2.6
Flacco in 7 seasons has 90 Ints and 62 fumbles in 112 starts, 3657 pass attempts with int % of 2.5

Romo has thrown 242 TD's to Flacco's 148.
Romo sacked 242 times and Joe 241

and the best team Romo played on would be the 2007 team with 13 wins and home field throughout.

Play to your strength and post more photo's...your football opinion is lacking.
Old school???...........my ass, perhaps old, but no way old school

I was thinking the same thing it is not very likely they play at Green Bay twice if they are going to be so good
