Aaron Rodgers is the best QB right now, and I don't disagree....

I'd take Rodgers on the Pats in a heartbeat, but we both know that isn't happening. However, he needs to start fluffing up his trophy case or he runs the risk of being the next Peyton Manning.
I'm pretty sure Rodgers doesn't want to go down in history as a cheater like Brady. ...do you not agree?

That wont happen. Rodgers has throw less int in his entire career than Luck or Manning in their first season 27

Brady is still #1 and its not even close. Rodgers has 1 championship and hasn't done much as of late. I think Rodgers is good but best is so false.
So you are just basing it off of SB wins as your criteria? If so then yes Tom

But if we look at who is in the best form at the moment technically and pyshically I think Rodgers is number 1 by a nice margin and because of Tomd age he's probably around 5-10

I have no issue with Aaron being #1 at this point in time.
I agree Brady is tailing off.
Where we disagree, Brady tailing off is still one of the top QB's in NFL at this time.
I'd say who are the other 4-9 QB's ahead of him but then I would have fallen for the troll post.
You'd just throw in 9 names and laugh.....
You'd get some traction if Brady and the Pats had not just won the SB.

Because stats matter more than Super Bowl wins when determining the best. Manning's only got 1 ring too, that doesn't take away from the fact he's in the top 5 of all time best QB's.
You tell me, the question

you got to remember this is not for a career just for the up coming season. Missing games puts you in a deep hole, so I don't see how Brady can put up the stats for the #2 QB in 2015, even if he plays one of his best season.

I'm not saying he is or isn't the #2 QB this year. I am saying he is still near the top and just won a SB.
If he plays his best season he will be the best QB this year.

missing 4 games? Are you saying that if Brady wins 12 of 12 and wins the Superbowl that somebody else is better because of decreased stats?
That is as dumb as saying he is the best this year because of 3 SB wins a decade ago.....

If he goes 12 or 12 and wins the SB, throw out the stats. However don't be telling us your fantasies, we all know that's not likely. Maybe I should let you know my fantasy where the Seahawks have the perfect season, no loses and win the SB.:D

I say, throw out the stats now. If he is the best, he is the best.
If in hindsight, since we are projecting, he does not have as good a season as 3 others, he is 4th best.....

If I had to pick today:
1. Brady a homer pick but the proof is there. Plus he will play angry this year.
2. Rogers very close to my # 1 pick. His team has let him down.
3/4. This would depend on the offensive scheme I ran RW or Luck.
5. Breese too many distractions as of late put him on a better team and he improves.
6/7/8. Rothlessberger, Rivers, Flacco
9. Romo he could move up but I have him hear now
10. Peyton this may be too high? I feel he's done? No real proof only a gut feeling.

Not trting to be a stickler, but Peyton does have a better QB rating than Brady in the postseason. ...just sayin

Peyton has 38 tds/24 int and 1 GW drive Brady 53 tds/26 int and 9 GW drives see the difference luke warm vs ice

Brady has records, yards, and other stats. Teams he has led have the best winning percentage during his time as starter, most playoff wins, and not only has he won 4 SB's, he's appeared in 6. All this with multiple Offensive coordinators, multiple offensive schemes, and a constant change in receivers and running backs most of which aren't pro bowlers never mind HOF'ers. Welker was a cast off, LaFell a cast off, Amendola hasn't done shit since he's been here. Should I go back to some of the other receivers not named Moss he's had? How about the RB's he's had? Yet still he leads the Pats to division title's, playoff and SB appearances with 4 titles. Being the best QB isn't just about how many TD's you throw, yards you get or far you can throw. Running the offense, driving the ball down the field, correctly reading defenses and calling the right audible it's all in the equation and not only is Brady doing it as good as any QB now, he's going down as the greatest QB of all time. As for cheating/deflate gate, funny it's posted by someone who's team employer a LB who was found guilty of obstruction of justice during a murder investigation. There's no evidence, zero, nil, nada that will hold up in a court of law implicating Brady, any other players, or any coaching/management personnel. In fact the Well's report is getting discredited more and more as we speak. Keep crying.

Via the link above:

"Headlined “Deflating Deflategate,” the report discredited the approach taken by Wells and the scientists at Exponent, finding that they used an “unorthodox statistical procedure” that doesn’t match the methodology described in the report, and didn’t investigate all relevant scenarios — namely, that Wells and Exponent didn’t account for the fact that the Colts’ footballs reinflated after being secured in a warm room for 10 to 12 minutes during halftime."

My my, withholding evidence. Case thrown out.

"Where it went wrong, they finally discovered, was that Wells and Exponent didn’t account for all gauge-switching scenarios, or for the fact that the Colts’ footballs had a chance to warm up before being measured, while the Patriots’ didn’t. They found that the Colts’ footballs were more out of whack for being too inflated than the Patriots’ footballs were for being underinflated."

Rodgers is like Lebron James. Best player. Most whiny, chokes in postseason.

lol.
