I just don't see what odds have to do with this discussion? It's a proven fact that Mich and OSU is a close game almost every year outside of the Rich Rod era. It's irrelevant to what the odds makers think 6 months away from the game being played.
yes, they were historically bad. We basically flip-flopped our 'worst' from defense to offense. No doubt, the worst I've ever watched at Texas
Mike Gundy screwed up big time last season. He didn't play Mason Rudolph until the very end of the season when he finally played the freshman out of a sense of desperation to turn the season around. He sent Rudolph into the Baylor game for his first start and Rudolph promptly threw for more yards than Bryce Petty even though Baylor won. He looked very good. Then he started against OU and won that game. He went into his third start in the bowl game against Washington and won that one too going 17/26 for nearly 300 yards. This kid is a winner.
Get your own! But do keep hammering on Michigan......good shit right here. First time in weeks feels like CFB season. You got any extra popcorn?
Iowa has 4 trophy rivalries: Iowa State, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.
Who should I predict?

He managed 14 pts in 3Qs. He threw for a lot, because it was 42-14 in the 4th.
Everyone lit OU up. They were 9th in the Big 12 vs the pass. Washington was 10th vs the pass in the Pac 10. Those 3 games he threw 6TDs and 4 ints at a 57% completion rate. I am not really buying the super part of your description. He may turn out to be a good player, but those stats are not quite reassuring when you consider they were mediocre results accomplished against bad secondaries. People love to talk about how teams close. Texas looked bad, they also faced the best 2 defenses of the year the last 2 games. OSU faced 2 poor defenses, so people immediately think they finished on the upswing. Many times the trend is the result of the schedule, not a some metamorphosis of the team. By teh way, he went 1-2 as a starter. Not sure how that led you to he is a winner
VT was the only team to beat Ohio State last year. And now they play them at home. I don't think it's unreasonable logic at all. And betting lines are just that -- betting lines. Just because someone is a 21 point underdog doesn't mean anything other than Vegas (or whomever is creating the odds) is trying to get people to bet against Ohio State. It's not a prediction by a football expert, it's a line set to try and get people to bet the other way to get more money flowing.I'm not talking about the Michigan/Ohio State game. I'm talking about the Ohio State/VT game. VT is a 21 point dog, you picked them to beat Ohio State. That's unreasonable. The Ohio State fans picked Michigan to lose to the following: Utah(already a dog) BYU(Michigan would probably be a 2-4 point favorite), @ Maryland (toss up), @ Penn State(toss up) and against MSU and OSU(both projected top 8 teams)
Again, what is so unreasonable about predicting Michigan losing those games?
And that's not even factoring in the game at Minnesota, which Michigan could also lose.
What's your point? This is about 2015 and back to back titles is a highly unlikely event. Meaning -- you're probably not going to do that this year and some losses are in your future. Meaning my 9-3 record is probably closer to reality than going 13-1 or 14-0.mANDb09...
here's a little reminder of what Ohio State accomplished last year...

It won't be an upset by the time they play Michigan -- as they'll already have two losses. That's all you got, hopes that Ohio State gets upset. Not saying it couldn't happen but one thing for sure...Ohio State will beat Harbaugh & Company. If they avoid the injury bug no way they lose 3 games this year. It's not like the Buckeyes lost alotta talent from last years squad.
