A jury just did. They know the same facts I do.

If Meyer were the coach of Michigan, you wouldn't be defending the indefensible.

Yes a jury convicted him of a crime he committed while a NE Patriot. I agree 100%.

No I do not hold the Michigan coaches responsible for what the players do after they leave.

Did Urban Meyer vouch for Hernandez to Gainesville law enforcement after crimes involving gangs, drugs and violence?

Yes or No?

If the answer is yes, do you approve of that just because of he's now your head coach?

You really don't see the irony here, do you?

I was referring to the gangs, drugs and violence that Urban Meyer vouched for at Florida.

So you are saying that Meyer knew he was a violent criminal, capable of murder, and he vouched for him anyway?

So you're not going to answer. Can't say I'm surprised. Disappointed? Yes. Surprised? No.

Cause you got nothing if you're trying to defend this bullshit.

I have heard that on SportsHoopla but I have never seen that in writing. What crimes and what did Meyers "vouching" do with the police?

I remember an article with a statement by the chief in Gainesville that stated Meyer came in to talk to him and told him not to give the football players any special consideration.

If Meyer knew of serious crimes by Hernandez and used his influence to get him out of serious charges like murder, then yes there is a problem and Meyer as well as many others should be held accountable for that.

I see no irony, I am waiting for it...

I answered everything you asked. You seem to be avoiding what I asked.

Until you read the Rolling Stone article and know the basics, we're going in circles.

You're just here to defend your coach anyway.

Really? You are going to cite Rolling Stone as fact? Yes if you are using that as "fact" then you are right we are going in circles.

I will leave this with you. "may have"

Rolling Stone needlessly fails in playing the Urban Meyer card

You never even read it and don't even know basic facts. You didn't even read the link you posted, did you?

You're just here to blindly defend Urban Meyer. I understand that and have no interest in such silliness.

Of course I read the link and the original Rolling Stone article. You want to convict on a "may have" with nothing back that up at all. You call not convicting someone on a "may have" silliness?

Hey did you now that the coaches and administrators at Vandy "may have" helped those football players commit r*pe? They "may have". They better give Vandy the death penalty because it seems all we need is a "may have" to convict.

If they did, they need to stand trial immediately. It'd be pathetic and shameful to justify such behavior just because you're a fan of the school, wouldn't it? Only a real asshole would blindly justify the entire career of their coach just because he's their coach.

Only a real asshole would convict someone on a "may have" with no evidence to backup that "may have".

The only thing that pisses me off is that he gets to go on trial for a bunch of other stuff.

Just off the mother fucker already and get it done with. He's a worthless cocksucker!

You don't want to talk about Urban Meyer but want to bring up the Vandy r*pe case.

You expect me to take you seriously now? :L

No matter what your boy did, you're cool with it.

I get it.

Right after that mother's speech where she forgave him, they should have hung that fucker in the public square.

I don't know what you think goes on in the recruiting process, but keep in mind that a head coach's job depends on an ability to assess the entire make up of the young men they bring into the program. Bring in young men who disrupt the program, and you end up losing games and eventually your job.

The very idea that a head coach as successful as Urban Meyer can't tell if a kid is a rotten egg is completely laughable.

And yes, Brian Kelly is the very Prince and Head Coach we all need to lead our young people moving forward.

I'm sorry Husker - were you not getting enough attention?

Let me make it easy for you. I do not like Brian Kelly. I am, in fact, of the opinion that he is a scumbag. But this thread isn't about him.

Awesome.

So that makes you, and Notre Dame, devoid of criticism.

Your perfect world is complete.
