i voted other ... i prefer we celebrate current players.

something like this would be sweet ...

Not sure if Eloco still posts here ... but he did the banner for the Wizards board, incorporated some DC theme ... he did a good job. Might consider speaking to him about a design also.

I like it however it seems we would have to recreate a new one every year with players leaving. I like the past Redskin players so we don't have to change it. Have players who are in the Redskin Hall of Fame not players who might one day be in it.

putting the current roster up against joe gibbs and sean taylor hardly seems fair ... not to mention this is the off season and the board is prob not seeing the action it would during the season.

i appreciate your approach to see what others might think, however, as a board admin you're going to be required to make some tuff unilateral decisions ... lol

not sure what the issue is with making a new banner every season ... keeps the board fresh, current & up to date. I'm all for a new banner every season.

Another option nobody has mentioned though ... we could go with a generic banner, like the one the Redskins fans at Reddit use.

Elocomotive since he's a skins fan.

Or possibly Doobs.

Both of them are pretty skilled at that type of stuff.
