Buzz and Mack are very out of touch with their fanbase and things in general. The New Yankee stadium doesn't have the same mystique as the old one, and most people hate the yankees these days. They aren't as universally loved as they were in the 50s-70s.

Can't tell you how many times I have seen a Yankee game and Jeter should have had an error and it was a hit. They are extremely biased in their scoring.
