Yep. All 3 that play within a block of each other will all be gone in 5 years. It certainly appears that way.

And that Warriors arena in SF on the pier will be SICK!

There have been some hurdles in getting that project started. It's not as sure of a thing as once presumed.

Multnomah County and Portland voters WILL NEVER vote for another boondoggle publicly funded stadium project that is subsidizing another aging billionaire sports owners toy team. Won't happen.:gaah:

Let's be reasonable here.

Never say never, but I agree it isn't likely. Take our bid to get the NBA back as an example. No way Seattle would enter into a fully publicly funded project, but with a crazy set of investors willing to pony up most of the money and only asking for minimal public funding, all of which would be paid back through new taxes on the new facility, there was no way they could say no.

Short of having some crazy investment like that I can't see Portland going there. Just wish they would.

Well let's build it in Hillsboro. Washington county would vote for it. Right on the max line. Build it right over current Hillsboro Stadium.

Expansion is unacceptable under any circumstances. The balance is as perfect as perfect can be right now.

I can see you're not an owner drooling over the prospect of divvying up a billion-dollar-plus expansion fee in LA.

Oh I know, it's a pipe dream, but we are trying. As a lifelong Raider fan this is beyond my imagination. Say goodbye to marriage if the Raiders come to Portland. Ducks season tix for 20 years of Saturdays. Former Raider tix holder. And surely I would be a season tix holder again if this came true.

Oregon fans petition Gov. to bring NFL team (Raiders?) to Portland - CBSSports.com

NFL would be HUGE in Portland….

I believe this is a perfect match, with Davis's kid running that team with that great "bowl cut" on the top of his head he would blend in very well in the city of roses....

That haircut is ridiculous. Looks like an 8 year old in a 70s horror movie.
