I think we should be honest about this,these people posting are jealous imo because the Hawks have the 2nd youngest team and made a joke of the draft with top players Schnieder and Carroll drafted.

Envy is a wonderful compliment and these posts scream it to us 12th man and now going on two years we hear the same thing over and over and over and even if,IF the Hawks win the SB it will still not be enough to these trolls,it will be then "You have to win two,two in a row even" it is pathetic.

You just cant comprehend what happened and how fast it happened i believe,we hear "You guys talking like you won a SB" or "You 12th man talk alotta smack for having done nothing" but the fact is we do not make these posts,YOU TROLLS do that envy us,you are peons,simpletons,idiots,and everyone see's right through you.

By the way if it was your team that looks like the Hawks i bet we would see posts daily on how great they are,so you should thank you're lucky stars that it is the 12th man,reason being we are some of the more mellow fans there is when it comes to posting about our team,it is the northwest way being humble but you idiots are too stupid to know that.

Seahawk fans coming out of the woodwork. Same old same old. After the divisional round exit, it will quiet down a little.

Right... since the fanbase 'quieted down' when they went 4-12.... stadium was still the loudest in the NFL.

Anyway, what are Seahawks supposed to quiet down about? I haven't seen any outrageous claims of a dynasty being built, or a LOCK to the SBOWL or anything.

Right now the road to the SBOWL would APPEAR to go through Seattle. Most Seahawks fans are pretty humble in that the season is not over, no road game is a lock, and we have had some shaky games. Seattle should be excited that they are getting full health, and it showed against the Vikes but that's just one game.

Are Pats and normal dynasty teams just pissed because ESPN and the sporting networks are nut hugging 2 small market teams in Denver/Seattle at the moment? I don't get it.

The moment some major sporting sites named Seattle and Denver SBOWL favorites, it seems like the hate was on. Now I get that... I naturally want my team to beat a team that's an SBOWL favorite and they have a mark on them... but wtf does that have to do with the fanbase?

90% of the threads that Seattle fans post in on the general forums are ones like this or breaker making stupid attempts at what we call 'trolling'.

It would definitly make a difference if the Seahawks had a history of a winning base to rest on but this isn't the case. First of all most of the ones who are really trolling up here are former ESPN posters and carried a lot of that baggage here. Most of us don't care for it from our fans or the others that came, but they are what they are.

The only reason you may see a few more Seahawk fans than the normal steelers/BG/Bears/etc jackoffs is their team is on a bigger roll right now. You do have a very good team to chear, they're one of the best in football. However, some of you are simply out of control. You've had a team to actually talk about for a year and a half. #1 - All the smack talk you're referring just isn't being conjured out of thin air just because they're having a fine season to this point.

#2 - The media yes is kind of shoving the Seahawks down people's throats. Nothing to do with Seahawk posters, but I can see how that might be annoying to you.

#3 - A rivalry thread that a 49er troll started just to talk shit to Seahawk fans. Nothing to do with Seahawk posters except responding to him in kind, so yes the smack talk to that guy is justified. If someone talks smack about your team, I'm sure you'd be there to back your team up just like the rest no matter how many Lombardis their respective team has won. There's no rule saying we have to sit there and take it because the team we root for doesn't have a SB trophy yet. That's the most absurd thing I've ever heard if that's the case.

#4 - No Seahawk fan has created threads here just to talk smack based off the fact that they're having a good season to this point. Look up and down the page for yourself. I think you'll find that a massive majority of us are very humble right now.

Conclusion - There's no smug attitude, no boasting of anything from Seahawks fans. So you're either making this up (trolling) to try and persuade a reputation about Seahawks fans amongst the other posters or your thought process has given you a warped perception that (in reality) doesn't exist.
