Denver Broncos Montee Ball 2nd round pick, but add this word to the end of his name when you say it "FUMBLE!!". I am still thinking about Sylvester Williams, the 1st round pick. Not much of an impact, but as a tackle that is hard to do. Overall, looks like 2013 was not a good draft for Denver.

My other opinions

Tavon Austin St Louis Rams for the #8 pick, I don't think St Louis likes the value they are getting

Sheesh let's throw some rookies under the bus after 6 games?? Are you kidding me? First off Williams hasn't had a need to play a whole lot considering the guys in front of him are dominating up to this point to help the Broncos have one of the best run defenses in the NFL. Makes sense to bring Williams along slowly and just let him develop.

Ball is in the same boat of Moreno is playing lights out up to this point in the season. Ball has had some fumbling issues but it is not like a player cannot fix this issue. IF it was an issue he couldn't fix then I would be more worried about him as a player but lots of guys have fixed this problem in the past. Again this is another guy the Broncos can bring along slowly because of the talent ahead of him. This is what happens when you have a deep roster in the rookies can take their time developing. Teams that need rookies to perform day one don't always do so well as that is a lot to put on a first year player.

"The Germinator" has done little for the Colts thus far, but he was in a walking boot the last time I checked. That Thornton kid they took in the third round looks like he could evolve into a keeper at Left Guard. :noidea:

Too early

You can be a bad, underperforming rookie, but you can't be an official bust 6 games into the season.

Any packer fans want to give an objective analysis of Datone Jones so far?

Not in the bust category yet haha. He battled an injury in camp which cost him time. GB has been rotating a lot on the defensive line with Jolly, Daniels, Raji, Jones. He has been inconsistent so far and obviously not as productive as expectations but has made a few plays (FF vs. CIN, FR and 20-yard return vs. BAL). Hope to see more production soon especially with Clay, Perry hurt

Perry's hurt again? I thought he got healthy.

He's fumbled twice. That's not exactly enough to label a guy a fumble risk, especially when he only fumbled twice his entire college career on 900 carries (one was reaching to get a 4th down which doesn't even count).

If you want to call out Montee, call him out for his actual weakness, which is that he is too slow to be a speed back but doesn't have the power to be a power back.

Yup. Was just announced today that he has a broken foot. Sucks because he was really stepping up after being moved to the right side

Yikes. With Matthews out, that's a huge blow. I was always a big Perry fan (when he was at USC), and I thought he'd be a force in the league. But the injury bug is getting the better of him.

Any Raider fans (or others) have an early opinion on D.J. Hayden? I've seen very little of him this year, and I'd be curious to hear how he's progressing.

Not sure about this year but Shea McClellin on the Bears was drafted in the first round last year and he ranks last of all DE in the entire NFL. He is horrible.

Yeah that was a bad pick. Lucky for you they got it right this year; Kyle Long looks like a future pro bowler.

Carimi is a bust but in fairness he got really unlucky with injuries as well.

Yeah. Id say half of all busts aren't the actual fault of the players. The NFL is just brutal, bad things can happen and some organizations cant develop talent.

But, But, But he was the best back in the draft you said.

What about Jarvis Jones? Does he warrant some way-too-early discussion?
