Lebron is gradually improving FT's and will spend the offseason improving just like his post game. Passing?? His passing is as good as a good PG. He rebounds very well, 8 rebounds a game even though he handles the ball most of the time. One thing I know Lebron has way more work ethic than Shaq did in his whole career. And Lebron has one of the highest baseketball IQ's in the league, yeah he makes some bad decisions but as often as he has the ball, wbat do you want him to be perfect.

Shaq could of been even better, Lebron is improving every year and working to his fullest to get better. Work ethic is a very important quality for athletes, it is at times better than raw ability or talent. Lebron has both, that's he is great at every facet of the game, except FT's which he will improve.

Lebron needed to improve his jump shot so he took a shooting expert and hoop with him everywhere he went and in his free time did nothing but shoot. The dude is dedicated. If someone talks about him like he isn't very good or doesn't work at it etc.. they are clearly just talking shit to talk shit.

It was a two way street though - Shaq would never have won those rings without Kobe, but in the end it was a good duo and good for both of them. At the time though - It wasn't Kobe that ran Shaq off. Shaq demanded 30 million a year which was up from 25 - but as a player he had declined. He showed up to camp out of shape, every year he had injuries and missed time and Dr Buss felt that Shaq should take less money so they could sign Kobe and keep the team together. Kobe couldn't really demand that the Lakers keep Shaq because he had no way of knowing if he would resign with the Lakers and then Shaq demanded to be traded because the Lakers fired Phil Jackson and told Shaq flat out that they intended to resign Kobe and that just made Shaq madder than an old wet hen.

Lebron no doubt is a very talented player - but in his prime Shaq was better. With Shaq Lebron wouldn't have to do many of the things he has to do. Shaq Oneal - Most Dominant Ever

In the end, Shaq will have had a shorter career than Lebron, but was a better player then Lebron. Lebron, however will most likely had a longer career then Shaq and win more championships, but will never be nearly as dominant as Shaq Oneal. In order to get championships, Lebron had to hand pick his team and arrange a championships team ahead of time - something Shaq never did
