Can we please throw in the towel now? Give Edelman the third string snaps. Shit.
tebow is our secret weapon, he will be converted into a hybrid te/rb/fb/wildcat/goaline/emergency qb. bb wont cut a person of his faith, he brings alot to the lockeroom.

Tebow should be a positive influence in the locker room. Every player on the team will suddenly look much better than they do when he's not in the locker room.
Are you the troll from the ESPN boards?

Bet you could not resist the post about Tebow!
I don't want him taking snaps from anyone in practice. Let Mallett take every preseason snap if need be. Let him work more. Tebow clearly doesn't have it.
Were all the Tebow haters in love with Mallett last night? He was off target nearly as much as Tebow and Mallett is in his third year in the system so he should have looked a lot better. I think Mallett looks soft too, he had a chance to block, or at least get in the way of a defender on Blount's cutback TD and didn't bother to even put a hand on him. Brady has taken bigger hits than the one that knocked Mallett out of the game and practically never even blinked.
Now for an honest opinion of Tebow...I'll say he's tough, more experienced than Mallett and his throwing motion looked better than it ever has. He shows a lack of experience in the Pats current offense and I think it's partly to blame for the slow decision making. Based on last night's backup play I'd say he still has a chance to make the team.
Backup Qb rating last night: Mallett 66.2 -- Tebow 49.0
Not exactly filling me with confidence but Tebow has shown he can win NFL games.
