* Ansah is a fucking beast
* Dline is awesome including depth
* tackles look good
* Bush looks effective opening things up for Calvin
* Kickalicious
* Shaun Hill is a capable back up

Cons
* Stafford desperately needs to trust someone not named Calvin
* outside LB's suck
* corners still shady

Good win team.

I also saw something we've rarely seen the last few years....blitzing. We did a lot of blitzing from different positions and downs. I loved that and hope to see Gunther use it more during the regular season.

Was that at the exact same moment that Gandy came in for Raiola? Hill for Staff? (I saw Warford play plenty, I'm just not sure when I saw him play for the first time)

I think you're right- he came in for the 3rd series when Gandy slid over to center.

Bartel for sure, Green probably, Greenwood very unlikely. IMO, that is...

This hasn't been mentioned, but Martin kicked off 3 times and booted it out of the endzone all 3 times. So far, he's shown he was worth the pick. It was the first preseason game though, he's gotta do this consistently.

They didnt show it here in chicago....had the fuckin pats on nfl network.....why on friday did they jump from game to game now tonight they had to push the pats down our throats...,,now they are showing the damn cowboys.....just like MNF.....same teams over and over and over

The OT's looked good. Stafford didn't take any sacks or hits, had a couple of 20+ yard tosses to Megatron. He needs to spread it around more.

There's no denying what the fans thought though. When Rugland hit his first one (49 yarder) Fans went just as nuts for a TD. Shit was deep.

He didn't get the same reception for his 50 yarder from the fans because it wasn't as pretty.

He's got what it takes and the Lions are treading on a slippery slope with Rugland. You can't omit this guy from the roster and risk losing him.

That would be a Millen move for some easy bullshit replacement on ST coverage.
