Not sure I like having both Kinsler and Beltre out the same day ... even if Beltre is just getting half a day off. As long as Murphy is in the LF w/Hamilton is in CF and Young anywhere in the field ... TEX is poorer defensively.

I understand the need to get Olt playing time ... so having Beltre DH keeps your #3 hitter in the lineup ... but having Kinsler out at the same time means we have to watch PADMY at 2d.

Don't think we are going to see Murphy or Hamilton DHing with TEX having only 4 OF. So as long as Murphy is hitting well ... the odd man out is Gentry.

yeah, but the walk was bad getting behind in the count to just about every hitter where they can sit on a fastball, like perez did and he hit it hard. butler hit a rope and was fortunate that it was right at josh. so yeah, he still looks pretty crappy considering this KC offense had been shut down the last 2 nights.

not a good at bat by cruz there who just isnt a good situational hitter. they showed a stat last night that cruz only gets the runner home from 3rd with less than 2 outs 43% of the time which actually went down last night when he hit into that double play. that is an absolutely awful percentage

Elvis, gentry, Murphy,and so far Olt have been pretty good situational hitters, but that's it.

I can just hear Wash, Buzz and TAG spinning things post game touting that congratulations are due since TEX won the series ... as if winning a 3-game series 3-1 counts for something in the win column. When it should be a sweep.

Wash, I've worked my ass off to make this team as good as possible and I'm not going to watch you screw it up with your stupid moves. Olt's playing time needs to come at the expense of young not anyone else. Get with the program or get out.

Holland's control ... and letting Cain get 1/3 of the way to 2d that made the double steal work. Napoli's throw was perfect and would have had him had he not had such a big jump.

So Holland is faulted for control and not keeping a runner close ... so he shares some blame with Murphy and Young.
