Yeah my comment was with not knowing much about the potential draftees (beyond Flagg). Does seem like some potential stars they could take at 2 so seems that deal should be a no for them.

It's fine if they feel they can't play through the injury, but they have to know that opens them up for criticism. Especially when you have teammates playing through their injuries.

It's almost like it's because every injury can be different. I mean, Garland was still hurt and had off the court issues but continued to play throughout playoffs last year. Mitchell sat out the last 2 games with ailments others have played through in past (of course, that's without knowing how hurt any player is but guessing for a narrative like you are).

Likely Giannis, Lillard, Curry, OG, Butler, Haliburton, Divincenzo and the many others who sat out playoff games this year and last had teammates who were hurt but played.

playing too hard in reg. season? They drastically cut down the minutes/game for the starters and with #1pretty much locked up early were able to sit guys last few weeks.
