Did any NFL team have more than four back then when there was no TNF or an ESPN broadcast? Washington's standalone games also include GOTWs. They have two or three of those.

I believe Dallas will win the division. Had Dak not gone down they would have had 10 wins. But after that...well, you know the story.

If you knew anything about what Micah says you would know the majority of what he says is over the top complimentary towards other players and many many times the Eagles which was one of the things he was criticized for and one of the things that has your fellow Eagles posters and fans dreaming about him going to go to the Eagles for a couple of years now. If you guys get bent out of shape about a comment made in May after winning a SB, you should just wear those dog masks 365 days per year.

The fan in me would love to take this and run with it, but the fact that they were 3-5 in the games that Dak started and some of those were before Micah got hurt makes the objective person in me wonder if you even recall how the early part of the season went. I’m being critical of a bitch who runs his mouth but going back to high school, college, and the pros, has never won anything in his life. Tens of thousands of kids graduated from colleges these past few weeks and none of them have ever seen a championship caliber Dallas Cowboys team.

Does any sane person 100% buy this and not find it at least a little ironic? No, but it is a great first step that he knows how important it is to at least say it:

I seem to be at least somewhat in the minority, but I think he is in Dallas beyond 2025

The Joe Douglas thing is predictable, as Howie is more of a cap guy than a scout. I think Douglas was OK in Philly, good enough to get a GM job, but not as good as he had been earlier in Baltimore. Philly seemed to get better after he left at drafting.

Insiders like Jeff McClain would say the drafts have improved because Jeffrey Lurie has been humbled in the draft room after picks like Jaelen Reagor and JJAW. It didn’t get much press but the Eagles lost one of their biggest scouts this off season. We will see if there is a drop off between him and Douglas

I saw how close the games were after that. Cooper Rush is not a good QB. The Texans and Eagles were playing sloppy in Dallas for three quarters. The Bengals almost lost in a shootout. Dak is honestly better than Rush. Is he the future? Of course not. Dallas isn't winning a SB with Dak.

Yes, Dak is miles better than Rush and while I certainly don't expect it, they very well could win the division this year because anything can happen in the NFL and in the NFCE in particular. My point was just that I don't really see any way they were winning 10 games last year even if Dak stayed healthy and I'm not sure pointing to two games that they lost by over 3 TDs is helping your argument there. I guess we will never know. Hopefully he stays healthy this year.
