Patch could be a big loss, as he was the main draft guy for the Eagles and seemed well respected. He seems to have passed up other promotions before this.

But yes, that is what eventually happens when you win a lot, the assistants and deputy guys all get $$$ offers to become the main guy somewhere else.

Parsons likely signs this summer. Jerry Jones is a fool as a negotiator though. It’s like he is just waiting for the market to drive the price up on pass rush.

Pickens is an upgrade over what they currently have, but now he's just another guy they need to sign to an extension. And the cowboys are terrible at that.
