The Raiders traded a 3rd rounder to Seattle for Geno.

Loved the Carroll and Kelly hires, loved the Crosby extension, do not love this move at all.

Geno is actually a perfect pick up for you guys. He's good enough that you'll be in most games most of the way...but not actually good enough to win enough of them to cost you much in the way of draft position.

I think this means that you guys are going to draft a QB because Geno would be a great mentor for them to spend a season or 2 learning from while the rest of the team is being built.

Geno's completion percentage was 6% higher too.
