And I think Carroll chose Geno because the Steelers haven't made a decision on who they want yet. Between Fields and Rw.

And Carroll and the Raiders didn't want to wait

But the team is bad and does look bad. You guys signed a rapist and gave him a full guaranteed deal. I think the Browns make the Browns look bad not Myles Garrett.
That's cool, but maybe not ignore the fact Myles badly wanted them to move on from Baker and acquire said rapist who didn't r*pe anyone?

Nor that the team way back in 2023 win 11 games and most of those guys are still around....AND Myles, himself, said recently he wants the entire defense to run it back. Oh, Myles also has said not too long ago he wants to come back as long as higher ups (like Berry) are still here.

Myles is all over the place.

All that said? If made an offer cannot refuse I'd expect him to be dealt. He says he will do anything to be dealt.....if allowed, would he rework his deal to greatly lower the dead cap hit?

There's a reason a lot of the Seahawks fans on the Seahawks board are glad Geno is gone.

Sure.

Because they need to start over. And Geno isn’t the answer.

Ask Steelers fans if they think RW is the answer to their QB situation.

He isn’t.

None of the free agent QBs are taking the Raiders where you want to go.

RW had a better TD to INt ratio.

Turnovers matter.

RW also had a better PR.
This argument is pretty much about whether or not chlamydia or gonorrhea is a better choice for a 53 year old homeless crack whore. Your team is garbage. Your coach is 10 years into taking social security payments. Your owner is a nepo baby slob who has no idea what he’s doing. Why do you even waste a minute of your time on this?

You really need to stop holding back.

I’m going with chlamydia here.

Final answer.

Geno led the NFL in RZ INT's? LOL.

Yeah, he is a better option than RW....SMH
They are both the same, competent mediocre QBs who can run the offense in a rebuild year. Just how many more wins do you think RW gets you over Geno?

Do you even want wins that hurt your draft position?

I disagree. If Pete wanted RW that bad, he'd have waited. It's not like we're talking about the QB of the future...we're talking about a placeholder for a season or 2 while they develop a QB of the future.

The Steelers were 6-5 with RW starting...the Seahawks were 10-7 with Geno starting. They're basically the same guy.

Also consider Russ can only be good with a top defense. Raiders are a middle of the pack defense. Give me Geno with a middle of the pack defense over Russ

Everything about college sports is worse than pro, one reason I barely pay attention to college stuff

No clue how someone can watch the college product of basketball and think it is in the same stratosphere as pro.

The difference between NBA and college hoops is way bigger than NFL to CFB.

I love march madness...that is it. The product has gone way downhill.

I agree but it’s still pretty noticeable with football too

March madness is only good for upsets. The product actually stinks
