still play basketball and managed/coached my kids' teams from 2010-2018 or so. I did deal with occasional parent drama but really not that much so that was great. Are you that parent/worker who complains a lot? Also a manager at work from 2001-2008.

I'm guessing you watched a lot of soap operas and maybe still do? Not sure when sports for you became about drama and not the team you allegedly cheer for though. was that your thing when you played and/or managed/coached, as well?

I've successfully managed for 20 plus years thanks and understand what accountability means. you're out of your fucking head defending this douchebag avoiding the media while cashing the only guaranteed contract in NFL history.

I also played various sports for much of my life and understand being a QUITTER is the worst thing you can be.

Being a quitter would be bad but not playing with an injury that takes 2-6 weeks to heal is not quitting.

Stefanski shouldn't have done that. Generally speaking, cleared to play usually just means that he won't damage it further by playing. At that point it becomes about pain tolerance and management.

I guess folks could question his toughness/leadership if he doesn't play because of the pain, but they'd be doing so without knowing how much pain he's actually in.
