I am not a fan of Alfredo sauce so much, but white sauce that is ricotta and garlic based is fantastic.

If you are looking for a unique pizza with alfredo sauce. Scallop potatoes and soak them for a bit in seasoned oil, add some peppers in there if you want heat. Use those with bacon and cheddar cheese.

Red sauce option sear some steak use green peppers and throw in a clump of cream cheese about where each slice will go so it spreads out when it cooks.

I love Alfredo sauce, but never had it on a pizza. I was making pizza tonight and didn't realize I was out of pizza sauce. So I made an Alfredo sauce and used that. It was good.

I didn't tell the family until they started asking what was different. They liked it well enough that it might be a minute before we go back to regular pizza sauce.
