He is only 4 innings short of qualifying for the top leaders in ERA. If he qualified right now he would be 8th in MLB in ERA, pushing Eovaldi down to 9th.

He might not finish the season having enough innings pitched to qualify but he has definitely been one of the best pitchers in baseball this year. I think we've seen him have stretches even last year where he flashed this kind of ability but just lacked consistency - maybe just inexperience?
