Yeah, the recommended way to sear tuna is to sear it for a minute to a minute and a half on each side. But I usually sear it for 3 to 4 minutes per side because I like it cooked a little more than with a traditional sear.

Funny thing is, tuna is my favorite sushi meat. lol

All good. I’m about 45-50 minutes from there. The traffic impact will be huge though. They’re likely to be working on that all summer.

Could be. But the substantial loss in year 1 is consistent with start ups.

Yeah, I was kind of excited for both the XFL and the USFL and watched a little bit at the start of each of their seasons...

but it just didn't hold my interest.

For me, I think it's a combination of they coincide with the 2nd half of the NBA season playoff races and playoffs, plus a lack of crowds, not knowing very many of the players and fairly mediocre football that is kind of boring.

That's good you're not right there. What a travel nightmare. Gonna take some time to fix that highway. Any idea yet how long it could take or has that not been determined yet?
