If you are going by the rulebook it was a clear penalty. Both feet in the white. Cincy was lucky to be in that situation. They needed a 100 yd fumble vs BAL and a freak fumble vs Mahomes.

They were doing weird shit all game. At one point the Chiefs got like three 3rd downs lol

That holding penalty to keep the drive going. Basically the entire drive was decided by the refs, but like i said they had their chance prior to that..I didn't like that timeout Cincy took that left time for the Chiefs to even get the ball back.
