Alright I took over 6.5 pts for the Dallas kicker even though he’s kicking in a horrible stadium. That’s how I roll.

Snow was the reason it went under...had nothing to do with the Bengals defense playing great

Got it

Allen regressed this year and Buffalo still has no resemblance of a real running game. That makes a huge difference. Cincy’s defense has improved so much over the last couple years and they step up in big moments. KC also has a defense that seems to step up in big moments. Makes sense both are in the AFCCG again

Bengals scored 27 and could have had more if they wanted to.

Yeah but snow was a factor in the bills offense playing like crap

The problem with the Bills is they don't really try to run. I don't think their backs are bad at all.

Put those 2 backs in SF and they would look good because that is a team dedicated to running.....The Bills are pass heavy

That is ballsy.

There is about a 12% chance the Dallas offense fails to score 7

And if Maher misses early, Cowboys might be going for it in normal FG situations.

I watched the guy kick a 60 and 2 over 50 in the same game, had him on 3 fantasy teams. I’m a sucker for comebacks lol.

I mean…

You said 0 coaches would do that.

And that is patently false.

End of 3rd quarter down 14?

I think a lot of coaches would go there.

And you made it sound like it was some trend and many coaches would do it. But can only really remember 1.

Now that we've got both of our hyperbole out of the way...

Seems safe to say that some would go for it, but not most.

I said I remember 1 specific instance.

Plenty more have made that call.

Still not a decision everyone makes by any stretch, but they should have gone for it in this instance.

I wouldn't flex too much.

It didn't look like the snow had much to do with it. The Bengals defense played well and the Bengals leaned into their running game when they got the lead to 17.

You did nail the under, but not for the reason you think.

Yep which was my point. Snow didn't play much of a factor. Both teams ran their offense as they would have if the sun was out

Guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

I have seen both the Ravens and Chiefs go for it in their own territory with a lead late in 4th quarters.

I have seen Staley from the Chargers go at weird times that were IMO too aggressive.

There is the famous Bill Belicek play against Payton Manning from whenever that was.

There are plenty of examples.

The under happened so I will flex all i want.

All I heard was excuses why it wouldn't happen.

The under happened because the Bills couldn’t make the game competitive.

A lot like the Giants/Eagles last night.

When 1 team is struggling and the other killing clock, THAT is a recipe for the under.

And?

Your contention was that it would happen because of the snow.

While it did happen, it wasn't for the reason you said.

But a bet doesn't concern itself with why something happened, only that it happened. So, you still win the bet.
