The cancellation of Bills-Bengals also would clinch the AFC North for Cincinnati. If the Bengals had lost to the Bills, the winner of Sunday’s Ravens-Bengals game would have won the AFC North.

The Bengals could have captured the top seed by beating the Bills and winning this weekend, if the Chiefs lose to the Raiders on Saturday.

Guys, you all are wrong here.

Yes, it is disappointing that this game probably doesn’t get played.

But the logistics around making it up negatively impact a lot of teams.

It is a shitty situation.

Like I said from the jump, the league is in a no win scenario right now. As soon as that game wasn’t completed on time everything got messed up. Whatever the solution, it will suck for somebody.

Chiefs didnt have the inside track/control their own destiny on the 1 seed entering the week 17. You are not penalizing them because they needed some kind of help. It is the reason why i left the Bengals out of this convo because like the chiefs they needed help to get the top seed. To screw someone out of the 1 seed like this because you don't want to add a week to the season/remove a bye week prior to the superbowl is just wrong
