Hackett might be one of the worst coaches the nfl has seen in the past 30 years. The first game where he tried a 62 yard field goal was insane. The day of simply hiring the best young offensive coordinator might be done.

I personally believe a good GM is more important than a good coach. Our new owner must select the perfect GM to start the rebuild.

The best thing is for bezos and Jay z is to put together the best football operations team in the business. I am talking marketing, operations, fan engagement, etc.
We have to start over but we have to start over the right way. No short cuts either.
This team must be feared amd respected again, but also embraced by the fans of course.

I think bezos and jay z are smart enough to know that they cannot do it themselves and must bring in the right people to do so. Snyder was too arrogant to admit this.

If I am Jay z, I put on a concert with Beyonce on opening Sunday prior to kick off. I want back up dancers with commanders jerseys on and the works. We have to change the image and brand period.

I agree that the Commies overachieved this season. That's why Rivera stays at HC. They were not expected to contend, but right until the late collapse, they were a playoff team, all despite having to go to their backup QB for a big stretch of the season.

Having said that, it's time to cut bait with Wentz and upgrade the Oline. Carr, Jimmy would be nice upgrades at QB, but if not, go with Howell and if he fails to develop, draft a new QB in 2024. Hell, I'd bet that teh Titans would happily trade away Willis if you're interested in going that route (going with Dobbs at QB in the do-or-die game speaks volumes).

What? I never stated TH would get ten wins. He may have gotten 10 wins if he had started all season. We will never know. We do know that CW is pure garbage and never should have led this team.

TH has been able to score more than 21 points. Also, the defense probably wouldn’t have given up 21 points if TH were playing. You seem to miss that the offense can affect the defense.
