Confident they win.
They need to take care of the ball. 3 of the 4 turnovers last week were about adjusting to a different QB. On the fumble, they blew the mesh communication on an RPO with Minshew seating the ball funky. On both interceptions, Quez Watkins was the intended receiver. Hurts throws a ball with more zip and power. Minshew finesses the ball. Watkins approach back on the ball was what he needed for a Hurts throw. With a guy like Minshew who has to play within the constraints of his arm strength, he has to drive back on that ball all the way through the catch. He’s a young receiver who hopefully learns these little things that makes somebody great instead of adequate as a starter.

In the 2 Eagles losses, they turned the ball over 4 times each game. I think today they’ll look at the Saints and decide to be run heavy instead of playing into the strength of their defense stopping the pass. Shorten the game. Rush for 150-160. Score 20 points. Call it a day.

Tough loss for you OSU guys. After the Stroud scramble, they called plays and executed like they had what they needed. Then after the first run they realized they needed more yards to feel comfortable. I would have run Stroud again up the middle on draw action.
Day fucked up running on 1st. I don’t get the screen play. They just couldn’t get open, offense changed but even before that Stroud had to scramble to make plays. Still the playcalling was lackluster. Can’t rely on a shit kicker

Eagles need a clean game with no turnovers and about 20 points and they’re the number 1 seed in the NFC.
Going with Lawrence over Minshew today I think in the finals of fantasy, that Saints D is just too good.

Stroud and Young for me should be the number 1 and 2 picks in this year’s draft. I would draft them in that order as well. I think Stroud is the dude that ends all the OSU QB in the pros talk. (Fields has shown promise this year as well but I think Stroud becomes a star).
I would have said the opposite of Stroud but he impressed me a ton last night. I agree. Will be interesting at the top of the draft.

Houston, Atlanta and Indy need QB’s.
Chicago, Denver and Arizona don’t need QB’s.
Does Seattle sign Geno?

A couple teams are going to fight over those 2 QB’s. Houston gets their pick but after that it’s up for grabs. Thinking they go Young bc he has a style close to Watson but who knows.

I think you get all the good out of the run but more of a gain if you run 4 WRs spread out running verticals and drawing coverage over the top and then having the RB run the QB iso as the lead blocker. You might even gash them on that and score a TD because Georgia was bringing 6 man pressures with zero coverage behind it.

I like it. I think the game plan I project is staying away from the number 2 pass defense. Also, it looks like Lattimore is back. The Eagles have the back up RT in for Lane Johnson. They want to avoid obvious pass downs to protect the back up who is also a more accomplished run blocker than pass blocker.

I think if im Seattle I give Geno a 3 year deal they can get away from with no dead cap in the last year if need be. Seattle needs impact DL and there are two future All Pros there in Will Anderson and the Georgia DT. I think there is a huge drop off after Stroud/Young. There’s not another 1st round name I would risk a number 1 pick on. I think with the deep QB draft there is value in holding out for more of a developmental guy. Could be the Seahawks involved in a situation like that.

Probably doesn't mean anything but I just saw The Red Rocket is 3-0 vs the Eagles.

In a recent mock I saw it has Houston taking Levis, he seems to be shooting up the draft boards.

Can't blame you. As you probably already know they don't have a helluva long shelf life. I was glad we waited til the 7th round to get Pacheco. Ended up being a good pick and it it came on the cheap...
Yep. In the NFL, paying OTs, QBs, Edge, DT, CB are musts and have to be a big piece of your cap. Best case scenario is you draft a stud RB and he’s super successful. Well, now you have to pay him and it screws your cap allocation when you can find great production from late round backs or even undrafted guys.

Have you ever played Madden when it glitched like that? Used to piss me off haha.

Now that you mention it I remember that happening to my sons when they were younger. Their reactions were funny.
