Davis continuing to play game after game is sustainable?
No.

He will eventually sit again.

Im talking about his talent.

He’s always been this skilled.

But, he was comfortable being Batgirl to Lebron’s Batman.

Appears that he is no longer satisfied in that role.

Reports are that the Lakers are set to work a trade (or more?) once we get to 12/15. Bev/Nunn would be the first option, and possibly a Russ trade to follow if something makes sense. Sounds like the picks are possible for the right deals.
With Bev and Nunn expiring, teams can’t extort you for picks.

They will try.

But, unless they are giving up a star, meet in the middle.

As for Westbrook, I wonder how his contract is structured?

Some guys get 50% before the Season even starts.

If most of his 40 plus mil has been paid out before he’s traded, price should be lower.

I think there is a chance Russ doesn’t get moved at all.

Think so too.

Bev and Nunn are likely done and much easier to trade.

I think they will only move Russ for a star or a guy on the cusp of becoming one.

They don’t want to compromise next years cap space for a guy who doesn’t move the needle.

At first, I was against that.

But, they were terrible before playing the Spurs 500 times.

Why trade your picks to put a bandaid on a dam that’s bursting?

Yes with zero rebounds at halftime. Always been my biggest gripe with him, I mean other than the constant hangnails. He is showing a little fire I’ve never seen before though.
Finished with 44 and 10.
