Yes

max cap space is just under $36M
ESPN half asses everything. I'll trust the word of a die hard fan of a team over ESPN all day every day.

If Lebron gets injured they have the worst roster in the league.

The 07 Cavs were not a good core but I'd still take 6 or 7 guys off their squad after AD before I'd take any player on LA

The recent Cavs still had kyrie and Love. And about 7 other dudes I'd take after AD and before another player on LA.
Initial thought was not so sure but after just a little more you might be right (for sure 5). Mo Williams, Z and Gooden for sure. Gooden not the brightest bulb but he had talent. Gibson, Jones and Marshall could at least hit 3s and keep a D honest. Pretty sure Varajao was there, too.

OK, 6 or 7 works.

Likely already mentioned - and, sure, was a winless Orlando team - but good to see we could win without Garland and poor shooting nights from Mitchell, Lavert and Love.

Man was Allen (and Mobley) outstanding in 2nd half.
Overall, the defense in the 2nd was great. Everyone is playing defense, Cedi and LeVert really ramping it up

Oops....Mo not on that team.

What I said about the Cavs last season applies this season, they are fun to watch.

An ever-increasing stream of articles and vids are beginning to appear in the public forum calling for the Lakers to either send the coveted two Number Ones for help like Buddy Hield or Terry Rozier, or start fresh by trading all three of Westbrook, James, and AD. Stephen A gets a little melodramatic in this vid, but you get the point.

What would you rather see happen? If they trade those two # 1's away how long before they'd have another first rounder?

I couldn't watch the video. Screamin' A. gives me a headache.

Not so elite, since he only made 4 total? Nuggets shot just as poorly from 3 as the Lakers did.

Lakers should be setting up Reaves and Ryan more. Pissed me off to see Ryan come in during the 4th push, make a 3, then not get another attempt until garbage time as Lebron was trying to take over.
That's even more troubling because they still beat you pretty handedly.

But, does this one work better?

We're 5% into the season. I suggest that we wait at least another 30% before we push the flush handle.

Yes both team shot poorly from downtown last night. But their team 3 point percentages are far apart.

Nuggets- 38.4

Lakers- 22.3

This roster isn't going to make the playoffs. If we are being real, everyone is a potential playoffs team except orlando, detroit, indy, rockets, thunder, spurs, and jazz so that's a really stupid statement. Most of your games will be against possible playoffs teams

Jazz are 4-1 and in first place.

I doubt they make the playoffs because they don’t want to. but also not going to rule them out yet.

They look pretty solid early. And maybe they win enough early that management doesn’t try to tank.

One big reason I don't see trading Lebron or Davis happening is the TV contract.

Gotta give fans a reason to watch.

LeBron breaking Kareem's record does that.

Time Warner Cable bought the regional TV rights to Lakers games last year for an estimated $3 billion over 20 years, in a deal that also included games of pro soccer's LA Galaxy and the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks. It must sign deals with other TV distributors to help offset costs.

Damn, he just dropped a bucket of piss on top of his shit sandwich.

As if going to China wasn't enough, he had to add in domestic violence?
