He has 7 TD's...
Now if he only gets to go against the Falcons and the Lions all year long, the Seahawks will have really found something!
But hey....I'm sure this thread will age well.
Seattle fan's biggest fear heading into this season should be Smith playing well enough to convince the Seattle FO and coaching staff to hand Geno a starting QB contract in the next 6 months.
Hey. I'm glad he is playing well. Especially after replacing that Prima donna.
But Geno was horrendous his first couple of years ...than throws only about 100 passes total in the next 5 years.
And now this? It's hard to tell if he is the real deal or a house of cards.
Once teams get a good enough film sample of the 2022 Geno Smith ...we will find out soon enough.
.
Someone sounds jealous they don’t have a top 5 QB like Geno Smith on their team. Now if he only gets to go against the Falcons and the Lions all year long, the Seahawks will have really found something!

Thank God you don't work in any of the front officesGeno has earned a mega contract and to be the guy in Seattle going forward for the next 5 years as far as I'm concerned. Pay the man.

Does not compute, equation doesn’t involve Kirk Cousin extension. You better watch out. If he hits the FA market, my Vikes might hand him a 5 year $265M contract and then just to put the cherry on top of the deal they will guarantee the whole deal. Might even stick in a poison pill.

Wrong on all accounts except maybe the WR.Seattle's offense isn't bad. Their interior line is a little weak, but they have two stud wide receivers, the tight end group (if healthy) isn't bad, Penny is good (if healthy) and Walker is no slouch. Why wouldn't Geno be performing? I get you're starting two rookie tackles, but they were far and away the best pass blockers in College.
I still don't understand why analysts, fans, social media dorks, etc. were all saying Wilson was going to fare better in Denver. I said it before the season started, the wide receivers are not near Seattle's talent, the runningback situation is if anything worse (assuming Penny was healthy given Gordon is going to be 30 soon), the tight end situation got worse after the trade, and the OL? LOL, puhleeeeease. Denver's OL was roughly graded the same as Seattle's last season and Wilson makes OLs worse... which has 100% shown so far this season.
I think honestly Pete and the FO wanted Wilson out more than the other way around. They just never secured a trade partner back in 2018.
Wrong on all accounts except maybe the WR.
If we’re comparing 100% healthy to 100% healthy, Denver has the better team all around.
