Steelers wr Dionte Johnson sued for allegedly no-show at his own football camp

The organizers of the event had to give everyone a full refund. $125 a ticket for the one day event.

I heard his flight from Florida was cancelled and he gave them a 13 minute notice before the camp started that he wasn't going to be there.....Maybe he should have been there a day or two earlier to make sure there were no glitches.....or maybe he is just another example of a spoiled athlete that doesn't give a shit.....

PureSteel nailed it... We talked about it on the Steelers forum. Why he wouldn't have at the very least scheduled to have himself arrive a day early is beyond me...

The lawsuit that was filed is pretty damning... I didn't know his flight that got delayed was actually the night before... And he had an opportunity to take another flight the same night but didn't want to wait around for it.

So I didn't bring it up to try and get something started. It's just rare when you hear something negative about Steelers players. AB doesn't count. Same with Dumb-Bell, I mean L. Bell. They did that shit all to themselves.

It's rare, but shit happens with shit human beings as NFL players. Steelers PR does a pretty admirable job keeping most everything bottled up locally lol. Unless its a felony... then you usually get shown the door. This will likely get swiftly swept under the rug too... Agent mentioned something about a makeup camp free of charge. Or they'll make him do some fundraiser for the community
