The C's are one of the very few teams that can rotate guys on Giannis and still be *somewhat* effective at slowing him down... Giannis gotta exert himself continuously, but Boston can tag team the duty and not wear out.

Even so... Giannis is a one-man wrecking crew.

Favors Boston in a long series with the guys they can throw at Giannis. Horford and Grant are big dudes, not many if any teams can throw big, quick dudes at Giannis like Boston can.

Through 4 games in this series, Giannis is shooting 44% (50 for 114) from the field.

I don't know how he can be defended much better, either.

Dude's a freight train... just gotta keep playing physical, 1-on-1 defense and let the chips fall where they may.

44% is not great for a wing player but considering he does play a lot in the post and his norm...that is awful. If Boston can't win this series doing a great job on him and Middleton out then I have no words. Miami is also a tough matchup for Giannis but Boston is a doing a fantastic job.

I agree with you...

... it's remarkable that Boston is doing pretty well... but it still might not be enough, even with the Bucks down an all-star caliber player.

Giannis is just that big and good... both offensively and defensively.

The Celtics have to keep up what they're doing... and hit more shots.

Some of the stuff they do is annoying but he is a pretty funny guy. Their show is unique and you have to be entertaining to survive and his show has climbed up there, gotta give it to him for the success. It isn't an easy gig.

He was playing Grand Theft Auto on something called twitch Monday night and then Celtics fans show up to say hello. His very strange rant.
