This organization is a shit show
Sounds like a perfect match. And the taking on of that entire salary was a nice shout out to the days of nostalgia when Snyder habitually overpaid for high priced players who never produced results warranting the money they were paid.Ron Rivera is done for
The Athletic's Zak Keefer reports the Colts' issues with ex-QB Carson Wentz "stretched back to before the season began."
Keefer paints a picture of a quarterback who was basically never liked or respected from the second he showed up in Indianapolis. "Over the course of the year, some grew frustrated at what they deemed a lack of leadership, a resistance to hard coaching and a reckless style of play, which had a role in several close losses this year." Other than that Mrs. Lincoln? But there's more. "The quarterback, who learned he was on shaky ground with the organization over the last month, reached out to owner Jim Irsay in hopes of setting up a meeting to 'clear the air,' a source said. But Irsay declined the meeting." Yikes. These are the exact kind of things that were said about Wentz his final days in Philadelphia. He frankly sounds unpleasant to work with. It is impossible to see how this will work in the league's most dysfunctional organization in Washington. Best of luck, "Commanders" fans.

Why you still hatin on Alex? Smith could irritate the shit outta me with his play sometimes, but he did something in the Snyder Era that no QB has done including your boy Kirk and that's win. Which come to think of it. Makes perfect sense now why most Red, er Commanders fans n coaches and the fuckin owner didn't like him. He was a winner and none of y'all were used to seeing that or having it around.Carson Wentz in of itself doesn’t piss me of . It’s the dumb fuck trade
Just like CDC , a stupid fucking trade and that one blew up
Now instead of a Honda Civic we got an accord le
Heh. More nostalgia. Bringing back the ass backwards nonsensical and unnecessary trades that was a hallmark of the Gibbs 2.0.
This just pisses me off. We could have just drafted our future QB likely in Pickett and got the same results in year 1. Maybe this means we would take Willis and let him sit a year. I doubt that happenstrading resources for wentz is not something i would have done . looks like a panic move . wnetz as a bridge qb i dont have an issue with but the cap hit stinks
I'm not sure that Snyder was involved in this move, however, taking on that entire salary does reek of some previous crap and I believe is more in line with the whole Carolina north mentality. Carson Wentz is 6" 5" 237 and is as shot as Cam. Seriously sad times!Sounds like a perfect match. And the taking on of that entire salary was a nice shout out to the days of nostalgia when Snyder habitually overpaid for high priced players who never produced results warranting the money they were paid.
