Just need SC to thrash Stanford tonight for a perfect Saturday. It doesn't get better than an SC win and an Ohio State loss on the same day. Unless the beatdown of OSU was administered by SC

Anyone who watched Ohio State play last week should’ve seen this coming
Excuse me, what was that? How'd the UCLA game go?haha, oregon folding up right at the end
Losing one game never eliminates any team, I wouldn't think. Even losing to a lower division team could be forgiven if the team follows up the loss with an unbeaten streak all the way through the Conf Title game.If Ohio State goes unbeaten the rest of the way, do they still have a chance at the playoffs or does losing to a Pac-12 team eliminate them?
I think they stay in the top 6.No problem. Your team was obviously better. Wonder how far Ohio State drops?
Pretty sure every P5 team who won their CCG and had 0-1 loss has made the CFP.Losing one game never eliminates any team, I wouldn't think. Even losing to a lower division team could be forgiven if the team follows up the loss with an unbeaten streak all the way through the Conf Title game.
A 1 loss OSU team is an automatic playoff pic. Legendary programs have their perks. If Ohio State goes unbeaten the rest of the way, do they still have a chance at the playoffs or does losing to a Pac-12 team eliminate them?
Has nothing to do with legendary. Has any 0-1 loss CCG winner of a P5 conference not gotten into the CFP?If they win out, automatic playoff pick. Leg

Depends on today's games, but I'd say 8-9.I think they stay in the top 6.
I mean, the D looked bad. Stepped up when they needed to and very surprised O could not get it done. Gotta give Oregon credit.I saw something like this coming before the season started. I was surprised when they were ranked so high to start the season. The D wasn't good last year with upper classmen. But they looked really bad today. And that D will disappoint again this season.
Congrats to the Ducks and their fans. Hell of a win and they should at least be top 3 in the next poll.
As for OSU? Win out and should still make CFP but without some major changes to the D that would be a struggle. The O is good enough.
could justify anything from 6-15 I think. My guess is 8-9.That wouldn't surprise me. But if they drop more that would be understandable. That D can't be trusted.
Knowing the outcome that might be better. You likely missed the wide open Wilson that Stroud missed for what would have been a TD. Well, I guess now you know. Sorry.Local fucking coverage switched my Ohio State game to Texas A & M / Colorado with about 7 minutes remaining.

4th down plays were the biggest difference I think. Needed those 4th and 2s.

I don't think SEC gets 2 in over a 1-loss P5 CCG winner. Possible, though, sure, if close loss in SECCG.Ohio St might need Oregon to go undefeated? If Oregon goes on to lose a game they should have won, it will make this loss look worse. If Oregon continues to win, and tOSU goes without losing again, it was a close game, wouldn't be the first time 2 teams that played earlier in the season end up seeing each other again at the end of the season.
Clemson losing helps. Seems right now the SEC is probably going to get 2 in, so it could be up to a Big 12 team to keep a 1 loss tOSU out.
