For all of his faults, TH, hasn't been in a situation in which he could develop consistency with his limitations. We have seen flashes, but, metaphorically speaking, that's exactly what you get when flicking a cigarette lighter before it finally flames. The question for TH is where that opportunity lies. I don't think that he fits well here, ( his mobility hides this fact) but with the advent of M. Jones who's better but has similar limitations, N.E is perhaps a better fit as a backup.
