Never once did I ever even imply the best ever, just....................the best first nine seasons of a career, because...........that is totally true,

Damn are you stubborn. Pay attention to what I'm saying- nobody has disagreed about Wilson's first nine seasons.

But you've also said to compare any QB's to Wilson can only be done using another QB's first nine season only. Now what kinda dumb shit is that?

You think Wilson is better than Montana. You think Wilson is better than Brady. You think Wilson is better than P. Manning because when looking at their careers you only want to look at QB's first 9 seasons and nothing else.

Stop huggin' on Wilson's nuts.

Ah........................Wilson has only playd nine seasons. So all we can compare his output to is what others did in.......first nine seasons, That had to explained to you?

YES....no QB was ever more impressive his first nine seasons of pro football than Russell Wilson. Will he be on a level with Brady and Montana someday, nope!!!! But he did have a better .........................................first nine seasons!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When he is done, over and out I expect to see him around 9ish on that list of all time greats, he is on course for that lind of regconition,

It's hilarious that you think because of the success Wilson has had so far that automatically means similar success for the rest of his career.

In your bizarre world you truly think Wilson's first nine years are better than Montana's (3 rings by his 9th year) and Brady's (3 rings).

Baker set the rookie TD record and only started in 13 games, kid is an all-time great. He could have thrown 35 if he played all 16

He did have a damn good rookie season. Then in his second year he looked at times like he didn't even belong in the league. Fuckin' Freddie and his offense.

I like Stefanski and team looked good imo last year. I don't follow like you obviously, so you know better

Eli has two rings....Dan Marino has zero, so if we use your logic Eli is better than.....

Marino
Young
Rodgers
Moon
Fouts
Tarkenton
Rivers
Kelly
Brees

.....right?

Keep in mind Wilson had to deal with BEASTMODE for a few seasons that hurt his numbers, now that is gone and he has the best gang of WR right now, do expect to see his numbers better than they were.

Don'thave the time right now (party to go to) but I bet Wilsons numbers were on a par with Cam that season. Check it out later.

Stefanski obviously surpassed all expectations I had for him. Figured- oh hell, here they go again, Browns changing HC's. But for the first time since their return in '99 they finally have a competent coach.

What a difference from Freddie. He's probably a good guy. But he was in over his head, wasn't ready to be a HC. The vets in the locker room had no respect for him from day one. And it showed. Team was undisciplined and either led the league or were near the top in penalties and yards. Team was completely different under Stefanski last season.

Liked what they did in the draft. And hopefully all players play up to, or exceed, the expectations. Won't make any predictions, I'm lousy at that. Just wanna see them build on the success from last season.

My bad for the little rant. Gotta nice buzz on, need more iced tea, and listen to some Motown on vinyl.

Let's look at it by age 32 (Wilson's age now). Only seems fair to include rushing yards and TDs, since rushing is a big part of Wilson's game.

Wins
Peyton 117, Favre 103, Wilson 97

Combined passing/rushing yards
Peyton 46,345, Favre 40,176, Wilson 38,452

Combined passing/rushing TDs
Peyton 350, Favre 299, Wilson 288

Pro-Bowl selections
Peyton 9, Wilson 7, Favre 6

1st-Team All-Pro
Peyton 4, Favre 1, Wilson 0

MVP
Peyton 3, Favre 2, Wilson 0

Now this is funny. Never said anything remotely close to what you've suggested.

All I'm saying is Wilson is a damn good QB and will be in Canton after his playing days. But he's not as great as you think he is. Here some QB's I'd rank above Wilson right now.

Montana, Elway, P.Manning, Brees, Brady, Rodgers

All of those QB's have a S.B. mvp award. And all but Brees have an mvp award.

Wilson has alotta football left to play. So his playing resume is incomplete. You think because of what he's already done that guarantees the same success or better the rest of his career. And that's insane.

Actually that is exactly what you said.....MORE SB WINS MEANS EVERYTHING. Now with Eli it doesn't, ha!!!!!

Look at Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Peyton, compare their first nine seasons to what they did later, see how it works.? Wilson will be no different insane is thinking he will be.

Elway is not better than Russell Wilson, cool that BS.

TD/INT....35/10, Wilson 34/8
Passer rating....99.3, Wilson 110.1

It's pointless having a conversation with you on this topic. Like I already said those QB's I listed all have some important stuff Wilson doesn't have. Super Bowl mvp's & League mvp's.

You truly think he'll have the exact same, or better success, than he already has had. That's crazy but that doesn't matter. It's not about any QB's in their first nine seasons. It's about comparing Wilson to other QB's that have complete resumes. That have won the important awards. That's how players are ultimately judges. By their total accomplishments.

Let the rest of Wilson's career play out before crowning him the greatest QB ever.

ONE MORE TIME~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

All I;m saying OBVIOUSLY like in OBVIOUSLY is no QB in history was more impressive than Russell Wilson has been these first nine seasons of a career. That is a fact and everyone who knows the game knows this. The guy never sat on a bench, he never missed a game, he has won more games in nine seasons than any QB ever. No QB with over 4000 rushing yards comes close to his passing stats. He is the only QB in history to pass for over 4000 yards, over 30TD's and rush for over 500 yards in aseason, done it twice. Only Rodgers with a higher passer rating talking those with nine or more seasons,

He never had a GRONK a Kelce a Kittle, he never had a Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, MEGATRON, and his numbers are still impressive.

In 2020 the NFL players voted Russell Wilson the second best player in the NFL.

Watch what happens next.
