Theres been rumors on carr for some time , not just this year. Rumors pre gruden, even more with gruden.

imho hes one of a handful of qbs that statistics lie on the surface. Like jimmy g. A deeper dive into his advanced metrics show big flaws. However, i didnt keep tabs thAt much this year. So take this as pure opinion at this point. If i remember, or you remember tag me later and ill check some things.

Carr is a borderline top 10-12 QB in the League. He had his best season passing the ball.

67.3%, 256ypg, 7.9ypa, 27 TD's, 9 INT's. That would have made the Bears or WFT, heck even the 49ers a lot better than they actually were this past season.

No rookie is giving you that.

Well, there's plenty of interest this offseason.....a lot of teams need a QB.

Put him on Chicago, SF or Washington and all 3 would have been a lot better off this past season. And all 3 need a QB.

That's not even bringing up Indy or Carolina.

Wouldn't be shocked if a deal is done before the Super Bowl.

I actually would take Wentz for Carr if you threw in a 1st and 3rd..when he gets hurt....start Mariota and use the draft picks on defense. Plus FA.

Went actually started every game last season except he stunk badly that he was benched last three games. It was not due to injury.
