I as well have a hard time seeing Carr as a significant "upgrade". Washington could be that desperate, Bears not so much if the raiders demand a 1st.no he wouldnt. did you follow football this year? anyone washington had was better, including the guy off the street. Maybe i read @DJ post wrong. Though he meant wentz was a big upgrade over the wft and chicago situationsI as well have a hard time seeing Carr as a significant "upgrade". Washington could be that desperate, Bears not so much if the raiders demand a 1st.
No, I said Carr.Maybe i read @DJ post wrong. Though he meant wentz was a big upgrade over the wft and chicago situations
WFT could use him, Chicago could use him, etc.
He'd be a major upgrade for those two teams.
I don't doubt that Wentz would be an upgrade over our two current QBs, and this even takes into account his rapid decline in play the past two seasons. Altho that's less a compliment to Wentz as opposed to my negative take on Trubisky and Foles. But therein also lies the rub for me. I just don't think he'd be worth what the Eagles will likely demand in a trade. Wentz today strikes me as a QB who needs to sit on the bench for a year or two before getting back into the the thick of things. But with Pace and Nagy's jobs on the line, they might panic and be willing to give the Eagles what they want.no he wouldnt. did you follow football this year? anyone washington had was better, including the guy off the street. Negative, Ghost Rider.
We're trading him to Chicago or the WFT.

LOL, this is the second time I misread this thread. Think I'll bow out for the remainder!!!Carr is the person we're talking about......thread got hijacked.
I would love 2 first rounders but will settle for a 1st and 2nd.I approve of this......
Yeah, that 5th rounder you get back should push a deal for Watson over the finish lineNo, we may be rrading Carr for picks to make an offer for Watson.
Are Raiders plotting to trade Derek Carr, pursue Deshaun Watson?
The quarterback carousel is spinning, and one of the riders has a perpetual scowl on his face.profootballtalk.nbcsports.com
Wait...I was just joking with the last post but 2 first rounders for Carr? seriously?I would love 2 first rounders but will settle for a 1st and 2nd.
crud, my bad lolNo, I said Carr.
i agree. totally agree, but wentz is not worth it for u guys. Carr is a borderline top 10-12 QB in the League. He had his best season passing the ball.My thought is besides Watson, all these QBs are potential trade bait for very good reason. Somehow the Eagles or Raiders may get something because GMs are just that stupid or desperate or both but both guys are seriously overvalued as starters in this league. Most of the rookies coming out of college have more upside.
If hes a top qb, why would they move him?........Carr is a borderline top 10-12 QB in the League. He had his best season passing the ball.
67.3%, 256ypg, 7.9ypa, 27 TD's, 9 INT's. That would have made the Bears or WFT, heck even the 49ers a lot better than they actually were this past season.
No rookie is giving you that.
Watson is a top 3-5 QB and an upgrade....and rumor is the Raiders want draft picks and might make a big offer to Houston. If hes a top qb, why would they move him?........
