So much stupidity by TU pumpers in this thread. Every time star finds something that he thinks puts A&M in a bad light he runs here as fast as he can. It's as if there are Aggie fans crawling all over this board talking about how great A&M is. Pretty sure I haven't seen anyone here saying A&M is the best in the big 12, any of the "getting out of the shadow", or that other BS that these two circlejerking TU fans like to throw out. Bone at least can be level headed. Star is a blowhard that everyone SportsHoopla laughs at. TexasFight98 could easily be his second screen name and only shows up sporadically (thank god) to continue to give TU an outstanding name.

Not sure what star's agenda is other than to prove he is:
A) an idiot with the brain of a child and is pissed at the world
B) butthurt that even though my school may not be much at football the one that he cheers for is the laughing stock due to their idiotic moves and their "our shit don't stink" attitude. How's the Lamehorn network doing? Glad your, sorry Texas', oncampus network was finally able to "hammer out" a deal the day after it premiered. Even your, sorry Texas', own school didn't want its network. Wonder if you have hit 25k subscriptions yet.

But keep worrying about A&M and copy pasting everything you can find as if anyone here cares.

For the record, I only hate the Aggies because they're our rivals(although I consider OU to be the bigger rival) and it doesn't go much deeper than that. I hope they fail miserably in the SEC, for no other reason than for the sake of being an asshole.

Sorry, but this is a college football thread on a college football board. Aggy at one point was top 10 ranked.......the fact it bothers you that I post about them says you WANT to be irrelevant, which is another reason WHY you guys are a joke.

A&M left the Big12 for the same reason Missouri, Nebraska, and Colorado left. It is a disfunctional family. Mizzou was going to stay and announce a press conference via their president's comments until OU made a press conference right before just to cut them off. OU nearly left the league and would of if the Pac12 had taken them. It isn't just Texas, it started when Nebraska bailed ship. The good news is Missouri and Texas A&M have a stable league even if they don't compete. That is what they wanted.

Texas would be wise and come over to the SEC as well in time. I think Texas would fit perfectly in the SEC as long as they play by our rules. Their fans would love it. Plus they get to play Arkansas and Texas A&M again.

"Us"? Today is the first time I've seen you sport a Texas logo under your avy.

From what I've seen, there are about 3 or 4 Texas fans who post primarily or at least a good deal about CFB.

I rotate my team logos. As for the topic, nobodys butthurt about the aggies leaving, and the two aggies here are pretty cool. I think what annoys us are the fans we know in person. My whole life I've heard that it's not fair that Texas makes more money, gets better recruits, has too much power, gets all the calls, and now it's unfair that they have their own network, etc...great, then leave. But don't turn around and act like going to the SEC makes you better all the sudden. Now the taunts are have fun in the inferior conference, have fun taking our leftover recruits, have fun going somewhere lame when the big 12 dies, etc...and it's just annoying and sad at how delusional they are. It's the same as if the Cubs were tired of losing and moved to the AL east and now theyre bragging that they get to be beaten up by NYY and Boston. Great. You still suck and will continue to suck.

Yeah, I don't think the majority of posters here have ever dealt with Aggy fans. They have this groupthink mentality that they are somehow a first tier program. If you ever visit their main board, Texags, you'll find them discussing how a .500 coach is not their "standard" when that is EXACTLY their standard!

They are openly discussing how Pete Carroll would JUMP at the chance to coach there.......they are really that delusional.

This was simply a thread from me to poke fun at them, and some apparently took it personal, sucks to be them. This is what rivals do; we kick you when you're down.

All Aggy tells us now is how they're going to the great SEC, and they're getting all the top recruits, and how much they'll improve overnight magically. BTW, I don't ever plan to go to an Aggie board. I don't see the point in going to a message board that's strictly for a team that's not mine. So if they are saying Carroll is chomping at the bit to coach TAMU on that board, are you starting anti-Aggie threads over there? People here may take it personal when they have to read something a UT fan posted about Aggie every time they log in.

I'm not attacking you, btw. You guys can flame each other all day long. It's nowhere near as bad as all the fucking Alabama rematch threads. I was just curious why it seemed UT fans talked more about TAMU than vice-versa.

Also, for some reason EVERYBODY thinks by playing in the SEC they'll get "SEC recruits", when teams like Kentucky, Ole Miss, etc have been doing that for a long time and it hasn't amounted to much.

My guess as to why we might talk about them more than they talk about us is 1) like TexasMan said, there's more of us and 2) they're probably the more relevant "story" this year, even though we're the better team. They started out ranked pretty high and have had a LOL season with the cherry on top being us beating them for the last game in at least 7 years while they continue their new SEC arrogance. That is mock-worthy from us UT fans, just like they wouldn't shut up when they went 9-4 last season and we went 5-7. You would've thought they won the NCG and we went winless with the amount of shit they talked.

I don't post on their board......but I do go there when I need a good laugh.

There are even sports radio sites that laugh at that board on air. The FACT their administrators post there is bad enough as is.....it tells you how bad the lack of leadership is there. Who's calling the shots? The AD? President? BOR? Chancellor? NOBODY knows. And it's sad/pathetic at the same time.

We've basically had to hear shit from them for the last year or so, like they won the SB. They were going to win the Big 12, outside chance at a NC, give us the big finger, and go dominate the SEC. And now they find out they're everything we said they were.

I actually predicted 5 losses for them. Didn't see the Mizzou loss coming.....but I saw all the other ones.

We have to hear from those clowns ALL THE TIME, everywhere we go. See, most of their alums leave CS, and move to Austin! So everyone has to deal with them on their jobs, at the grocery, at church, etc.

I have no idea how many Aggy fans are on this board. But I have to vent somewhere, and I don't really post on other boards much.

I'll say this - SEC fans are in for a treat when they find out what Aggy is really like. The CONSTANT complaining and crying - what, you beat them for a recruit? You cheated! Beat them on the field? You paid off the refs! And it's not any regular reporting crying....they ACTUALLY BELIEVE this. The actual motto for them is "we'll gig 'em NEXT year" and "we didn't lose, we ran out of time" - seriously. They actually say this, everyday.

And it's only two threads......and you have to admit, it's pretty hilarious. Have you ever actually SEEN an athletic department run this ridiculously?
