Yep we still have Tom.. But he's finally feeling the pressure. He got his mulligan this off-season with his new hires. If he doesn't have a break through season, it's over. He isn't liked the way Mack was.. Hell even Charlie.. BMDs will be put the pressure on CDC to make the change come November if he has another season like this past year.

Well we all know the boosters run the Texas program, and that’s not a good thing.

Do you blame them? Deloss was already 2 feet out the door and coasting. All the facilities were in dire need of upgrades.. Then they hire Steve Patterson.. The worst hire ever who went against the Saban momentum.. Then he pinny pinched strong on his coaching targets.. Forcing him to bring almost everyone from Louisville with him.. Expect Clint Hurtt who the school said no because of his shady ways.
Things are beginning to look brighter thanks to the hire of CDC who has raised enough money for all the upgrades without a dime being spent to the state or city of Austin.
The last 10 years were dark.. It can only get brighter from here on out.... I hope

I skipped most of this because it looked like a bunch of dumb trolling but what's the deal with Sermon?

He is a decent running back and had the opportunity to show his talent without taking too many hits. He is good enough to go to the next level so if he was told to go elsewhere why didn't he just declare and not transfer?

Torn ACL. Not really sure on the reason for his transfer though. His touches really got screwed because of Hurts last year, but that’s over so I’m not sure.

It probably has more to do with clearly and absolutely having no semblance of any inclination to any sort of typically undeserved hubris or arrogance due to a decade of mediocrity.

The injury makes sense. He goes from being a mid or late round guy to FA. Maybe that's it-Rattler can run and he's going to back up Brooks so he's thinking he needs to go somewhere where he's going to get more than 100 carries to make it to the next level. Personally I think it's short sighted as he already has enough tape for NFL scouts to evaluate and he can show them that his knee is healed anywhere but I'm not a 21 year old kid looking at millions so I sorta get it.

I just looked and 247 has a prediction for Ohio State so I'm guessing he isn't looking to transfer down to a smaller school where he's unquestionably the guy.

Yeah he's going to tosu.. Dirt burglars everywhere say addition by subtraction or kid was scared of the depth chart.. Nevermind that Stevenson is suspended for the first 5 games.. Cheers of jubilation are coming out of Norman.. Actually probably out of Dallas since no one ever wants to stay in that dust bowl of a state

He's a great back, but I'm not very sure he's the best fit for LRs offense among all the guys in the RB room right now. Good chance our '18 4-star back is 3rd on the depth chart. Hell, for all I know he may see the OL right now as not being very good or wants a better chance for more yards. :noidea:

Here's one thing I do know...Brooks might be another Rodney Anderson and Rhamondre Stevenson has some dawg in him...if he can stay out of trouble that is. Both of those guys will probably NFL. Sermon too if he goes tOSU.

Brooks is absolutely not another Anderson.

Lol not best fit for a LR offense? So he has a solid seasons his first two years and didn't carry much at all because hurts took his carries. He would have done well this year for ou since rattler doesn't look to run the way hurts instincts did.
Sermon is gonna have a really good season at tosu or TN or wherever he lands. This was a blow to ou. They only have one reliable back and a true freshman coming in.

This is accurate. Lots of talent, but none of it proven since Stevenson was a fucking idiot and won’t be eligible till after the Texas game. RB is the easiest position to replace on the field, but I suspect where we’ll really see this hurt is in pass blocking and run blocking assignments in two back sets.

It's Ealy and Creed then unknowns on the OL, no?
