Everyone is in Indianapolis. The talking has started and as te things begin to unfold it appears that there are four team in the Brady hunt. The first and most logical are the Patriots. Rumors are beginning to start that Yee and BB have talked and the Brady may fly to Indy for a sit down with BB, Kraft and Yee.
The second team is the Tennessee Titans. Vrabel was cornered yesterday and you could tell he was getting a little pissed about the direct questions about his personal friendship with Brady and just how personal that the conversations have been. The third team is Bruce Arians and the Tampa bay Buccaneers. If Brady wants another ring, TB might be the best place to land. He'd have a surrounding cast that allowed Jamis Winston to throw over 5000 yeards last year and lead the NFL. If Brady was to get behind that line with Evan and OJ he just might throw for 6000 and he certainly wouldn't throw 30 INTs like Winston. The foursth team is the Las Vegas Raiders. The investors want to put butts in the seats and they also want a quality product. They're will to set up things legally that could benefits both Brady and his wife, now and in the future. Mike Mayock was very careful about his wording when pressed about Brady.

There are also two teams hanging on the fringe. The Colts who refused to talk about Brady at all. They know Kraft would strangle them in a heartbeat if they mentioned Brady's name. The final team is the Denver Broncos. John Elway said that the Broncos are behind Drew Lock and have committed to him, BUT, if there are oprions when free agency begins, he will certainly be exploring every possibility. When specifically asked about Brady, Elway made the perfect response and said, "If Brady or anyone else is a free agent on March 18, I will do my due dilligence and make a phone call."

You need to include all that Elway said. He said he wouldn't mind making the phone call but that they are building around Drew Lock for the 2020 season. The Broncos have no interest in Tom Brady.

I have maintained all along Tampa is the best fit for TB12. But if anything is true of what I read he may end up back in Foxboro.

Don't care.
Pay the man $30 mil a year if he is using a walker for all I care.
He has done so much for the team and the sport it would be good to see some loyalty returned.
If he goes, I appreciate everything and still don't care.

Thank you Tom.

Brady is not the same QB he was 2-3 yrs ago, but neither Brees, Ben, or even Rodgers for that matter. But, if the Pats are ever going to over pay a player...how could it be anybody but Tom Brady? The guy who took less to have a shot a ring every yr.

When the figure is $30 ml...the challenge is how do you do that and keep the team competitive?

Tampa...great weapons on OFC...some pcs on DEF but not enough. imo less turnovers makes them more of a threat for the DIV...but they're more than "less turnovers" away from being a SB contender.

They run well too. WInston kept that defense of the field last year. If TB went there they could have established drives for points IMO. And I feel the D is pretty solid and they are in a weak division.

DIV is sorta weak...NO will be a playoff contender this season...ATL expects to be (I think they bounce back to at least 10 wins)...CAR is rebuilding.

I'm looking at TB strictly year to year, so I'm talking about this upcoming season only.

With TB I would still look at the Bucs as a coin flip 2nd/3rd best team with ATL if was picking in Sept. They have pressure guys, but the back end of the DEF is not very good. Considering they had a 3rd ranked OFC LY...I don't know if Brady is enough to turn them into a playoff contender in 2020.

Brady on the Chargers seems like a better playoff potential squad for this year than Tampa.

Well it's okay to have varying opinions and we don't see eye to eye on this one.

I don't believe it's nearly as bad as some chicken littles make it out to be.
Our WR crew will be much better just with the steps the rookies will take with their second year in the league. Sanu will also take a step up.
OL and TE are our biggest weaknesses. Not necessarily in that order.

IDK how much is needed, but I will say this...the Pats ran into a buzzsaw last year in the Titans. the #1 ranked DEF was built on the backs of some weak OFC imo...including a rudderless Steeler team. It was not a well rounded DEF...built to stop the modern passing game but got trucked by a physical TN team. But what was probably more disturbing was MIA game at home week 17....with the game on the line, they couldn't stop Fitz.

Sanu can be more productive depends on how he's used, but he's big slot that's not really going to run away from many people...like him a lot as a WR2, love him as a will do the dirty work WR3.

this to an extent is hopeful thinking. Sanu isnt a spring chicken, its not like he didnt have time to get his game in check........

I would hope nkeal harry steps up......he has the right to, but there were alot of other people preaching before the draft he couldnt seperate, so hopefully he can, i like the kid. Beyond that? edelmans aging and injured often......and jakobi myers was a camp phenom, but how much is he REALLY gonna contribute long term.......

Agree with all of that.
I was not a fan of signing Sanu but he had a really decent first game. Then he sprained his ankle and went from not a speedster but precise route runner to a bum wheel with good hands. Your right, I am hoping he can come back to pre bum wheel levels.
Harry doesn't separate well, but he does fight for the ball. something that was lacking the past couple of years...except for Edelman.
Meyers and Olszewski? Another year in the system should do nothing but help them.

Another old fart is hoping for one last gasp with BB. Not sure if he has to have Brady throwing to him but Emmanual Sanders said that he'd like finish his career in NE. But I think that he really said, "I'd like to finish my career in New England with Tom Brady."

harry does, like i said i really like the kids game, but he can high point all he wants, if he cant separate hes gonna be high pointed 5 yard routes...

sanu i actually thought was taylor made for NE, i was a supporter on the main boards that NE didnt overpay and he was perfect for brady......so we'll see, perhaps your right, he just never healed up fully.

I agree another year for the other two can do nothing but help them, i guess i was just saying how much can you truly expect them to contribute, i dunno myers may be gold, but i think the games you saw him last year, that may be his peak.......i very well may be wrong. ESPN get up right now
