Rivera has a ton of key pieces to be successful right away
It's OK. We are used to failure. How much worse can it get?I hope that everyone who has or will vote is aware of the fact that anything short of what they've voted for is failure.

Just a heads up for the board. Too often, the anger, disgust, disappointment and such comes because people set themselves up by buying then drinking the D.C. Kool aide. Good to see that thus far most voted for a more moderate outcome over the five years.

I would be happy seeing a an 8-8 team next year with improvement on that the following year. We have a young QB that is/needs to grow. I think there is more talent on the team than has been shown and I look forward to the new coaching staff getting that out of the players.
I think the current players need to learn the difference between an ouchie and an injury. It seems to me that way to many players miss time especially in the defensive backfield.
I am looking forward to watching Rivera build this team and he wants to keep or let go of.
Although I agree with gk that any/every hire should be with a SB victory in mind I also think back to song lyrics from a few years ago when considering the possibility of a Dan Snyder owned team winning a SB .... as the lyrics say "When the moon is in the Seventh House And Jupiter aligns with Mars" is what it is going to take for one of his teams to win the SB.
IMO this team is just as talented as any other in the NFCE. You hear how teams are so talented all the time. My thoughts...they're just players in that regard just like anyone else. From wee ball to the pro's... each player suiting up has talent to compete. Just as strong, just as fast, just as jock smart as the other guy. Motivation is the difference between winning and losing. That's why having the right coach is so important. Putting players in the right positions to excel on the field. I'm just hoping RR is that guy this time around for him, and us. New team new attitude. We can win the east next year. IMO it's anyones to claim. Just need someone to motivate these fuckers to play each snap. Let's just hope RR can do that.
