Like Washington state taxes aren't high? I get your point, but some people actually enjoy living in California and put up with higher taxes.

No disputing that, just saying your statement was factually false. Some is correct.

Make it 12 players now.

Shaw is probably on his way out come January when NFL jobs open and he obviously made his players aware of the fact and probably Stanford as well. Stanford probably said they are not promoting within, hence why all the players are leaving.

This is what looks like is happening.

Maybe the football team needs to grow some balls, or just take some advice from this girl.

So what you're saying is that if you live in a nice area you aren't subject to California's tax laws, public schools, sanctuary laws, and common drinking water?

The school systems and drinking water vary widely depending on where you live.

You should have probably clicked those links. State law means it's mandatory statewide. btw all California tap water that's not drawn directly from a well will have recycled turd water.

If that's all you can afford, you are probably better off in Ohio.
So what you're saying is if you have less a million dollars to spend on a house then stay out of LA. Did I guess right on that?

Hard to find decent houses near Seattle for less than that anymore as well, so yeah.
You can find housing for 500k in Cali, but not near the main cities and/or not places most would think are good neighborhoods.

Then you shouldn't have any worries about buying a nice home in Ohio!!! :noidea:
We absolutely don't. That's the beauty of it. We have a 2300 sq foot remodeled colonial on a cul-de-sac with a large fenced in back yard for our dog, and we aren't house-poor whatsoever. Our house would cost $1.5mm+ in LA, and for what?
